    Dirty

    It's an okay place to visit, but I had some negative experiences. I found a condom wrapper in the shower. My sheets were fine, but while the staff was cleaning my room as I enjoyed the entertainment, I returned to find blood or a stain on my pillowcase and the same on my sheets. I attempted to relax in the Jacuzzi tub, but it was unfortunately dirty. I was having a great time at their club until I asked for another shot. They tried to pour my drink into a dirty glass more than once, and my Piña Colada tasted like vomit.

    Anniversary trip

    Definitely upgrade to Xhale. The concierge service is excellent. Our concierge was Willy and he was so helpful throughout our entire stay!

    Satisfactory but could use improvement

    Was a good resort overall but the location and entertainment was lacking (particularly nightlife and pool parties). The food was great tho compared to MEX.

    Practically Perfect in Every Way!

    Absolutely amazing through and through. Zero complaints. They have a coffee shop which does all kinds of lattes. The only things I could say are wrong which are not even worth mentioning is the beaches Rocky after you get about thigh high in the water and there's no handle on the outside of the balcony door which makes it hard to open once you're on the porch. Don't fall for the we're going to give you $100 back if you do a survey by the guys trolling the lobby you'll end up spending three hours on a timeshare presentation and it's just not worth half your day wasted.

    Great Time

    The staff was amazing. We were part of the Xhale club. So we had a private pool and staff. The staff was amazing, especially our buyer waitresses and bartenders, Vianny, Franchiely, Zulenny,Dania!! All three of these women are very attentive, friendly and fun. They made our trip and our stay amazing. The food was amazing. We had one situation with the concierge setting up a spa day and he was a little creepy, but I can’t remember his name. But otherwise all the staff was amazing, friendly, attentive, and informative. I would definitely go back to this resort and do the private Xhale club again!! The only thing that I would change for an all-inclusive would be that you didn’t have to carry cash for tips. Everywhere you went the tips were in the price of the trip and if you wanted to give them more, you could at the end it got frustrating always having to carry some kind of cash with you.
