Nov 08, 2025Breathless Resort will leave you breathless
One of the best resorts visited in a long while. Overall decent trip, excellent foods, strip grill has the best Mac n cheese I've ever tasted. The beach was beautiful however be aware of peddlers on what I was led to believe was a private beach. The nightlife was amazing full of dancing, cultural themes, great overall entertainment. The Alcoves could stand to have more lighting. As a solo traveler the trips back to room after a fun filled evening were somewhat unsettling. The rooms were clean, excellent housekeeping and the noise level was as expected. I have to admit my concierge Onal was very helpful even with the language barriers. The resort offers the most amazing excursions from Ocean Spa to swimming with dolphins

Staying here was a major letdown despite its excellent location. Our room felt like it hadn’t been updated in many years, and the bathroom was a nightmare: the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and the shower leaked and drained slowly, leaving standing water. It was unhygienic and frustrating. The food was equally bad — stale, bland, and clearly unsafe. My husband got severe food poisoning and spent the next two weeks bedridden. The staff were genuinely friendly and apologetic, but management was completely unresponsive. No amount of good service can fix this level of neglect. Avoid this hotel if you care about cleanliness, safety, or basic accountability.

A group of my friends and family met out here for my 30th birthday and we had an incredible time! Everyone that worked there was extremely attentive, sweet, and helpful. I would highly recommend it for any special occasion. I even got engaged on the beach at one of their romantic dinners (which it truly was, and the food was amazing! Highly recommend)

Juste wow
My family and I just finished a wonderful week at the breathless…. Everything was perfect! The show, the room was super clean, the happy hours, the animation team, the waitress & bartender at the pool & in the main bar especially Brianny who took good care of us all week and her colleagues Deborah & Yeliza. Can’t wait to come back for our next trip! Thank u Breathless!

Rooms were outdated. Housekeeping came in numerous of times to refresh the room and some of my personal possessions were moved in different spots than the ones I left them in. The website says u get butler for Xhale Club members but in reality they didn’t do much besides provide information. Just because I’m on vacation that doesn’t mean I am ok with bottom shelf liquor. I didn’t like the fact that u had to go to Xhale lounge for drinks. The customer service was not the greatest when u ask someone something they always tell u to hold on. Overall I made the best of it but I wouldn’t stay at breathless again or recommend.
