The hotel service personnel is outstanding, everyone was there to make us feel welcomed and help us with our requests. Special thanks to all in the lobby and guest service, Kelvin, delvin, Cristhian, Tania, eury... all. In the orquidea restaurant Luis is the best.

Not what I was expecting, the resort could use some cleaning and repairing. They need to do a better job cleaning the rooms, bathroom was dirty and could use some cleaning. They need to provide some handwashing soap. If you are Latino they treat you poorly, once I speak English to them, they change their attitude. You expect a better place and more polite people for the price you pay for this places.

Heaven sent!!
What a wonderful experience! On the first day of my arrival during lunch. I met two wonderful females! Very nurturing! They engaged with my family and automatically I felt safe and at home. The other staff were wonderful, But these two were like our mommy who took care of us. Anything we wanted they made sure to assist. They were patient, respectful and professional. I felt like family. Every breakfast lunch and dinner was amazing with them. They looked out for us and made sure we were okay. I would definitely return to this location: very clean, well organized and their service I would give 100 out of 10. I am planing to return. I would highly recommend this specific location!!!! And make sure you ask for yanibel and yoneudy. If one is off the other will assist! If they are both there! Then it’s heaven sent! My 9 year old son loved them! It was sad to say good bye at the end of the trip.

Average resort
Pool was nice and staff were very friendly/helpful. Rooms were clean but beds were ok at best. Pool was great and grounds clean. My partner was bitten extensively on her body by some type of bug that caused major itching, pain and discomfort. Jellyfish in ocean bit several guests and warning flags were up about it. Meals in buffet were ok at best. Quality just wasn't there and food was only warm at best. A la cartes were good. Resort is quite secluded and 1.5 hrs from Punta Cana.

Amazing place
Beautiful place for a vacation. There are many green areas and a large pool. You can find jellyfish in the sea, and although the water is a bit murky, it's very welcoming. The sand is lovely, and the fresh breeze feels just perfect.
