Great first experience
First time visit here and I must say I was blown away. I was given a heads up about a few things, as our travel companions had already been, but I was not sure what to expect. The pictures online are very accurate, and the set up is beautiful. I wouldn’t say my experience in all restaurants was perfect, but it mainly was, the staff are very friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I wouldn’t say say that the main buffet will not be for everyone. The variety is there but not always something that you were guaranteed to like. I do say that they had their own versions of meals that you might know and not all were fab but most were ok. The restaurants are very nice and would most definitely recommend The Asian restaurant cooking show, food out of this world. There is plenty of space for all on beach and around pools. The evening entertainment was worth a watch. They really do try to go all out and while we was there they celebrated the 4th July and out done themselves. Overall our first trip to the Dominican and we loved it.

Amazing relaxing vacation
We returned to the resort in late October 2025 and had another great relaxing experience. The resort continues to impress, especially with its beautiful beach and stunning sunsets almost every evening. Hotel: very well-maintained property with clean grounds, lovely gardens, and nice pools. Room: Our room was close to the beach and faced the gardens. While it was nicely maintained and cleaned daily, it felt dark and humid, with a slight musty smell. Beach: Beautiful, clean water with gentle waves and a shallow, sandy bottom. Snorkeling near the artificial coral by Catalonia offers a chance to see some colorful fish. Staff: very nice, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Food: We enjoyed the variety and quality at the buffet for all meals. The French à la carte restaurant was a highlight during the evening. Activities: Some of the best entertainment and activities we’ve experienced at any resort. Other: We were disappointed with the service on the beach for privileged guests—staff seemed to prioritize Spanish-speaking or tipping guests and often ignored others. This could be improved with better training and oversight from management.

Perfect beach, great food option & location with very attentive staff.
We just got back from Dreams Dominicus and we already miss it. The kids (4y & 2y) had a blast at the beach and with all the activities Dreams Dominicus had scheduled. Fireworks for July 4th were amazing. Great food and drink options with beautiful scenery and very attentive, smiling staff.

Not Just a Name—A Promise Fulfilled
A spectacular resort that sets the bar for luxury in the area. The beach is pure perfection—pristine, inviting, and unforgettable. All in all, it was every bit the “Dreams” escape its name promises. I can’t recommend it highly enough! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ • Flawless Beach: Powdery white sand, crystal-clear water, no seaweed, pebbles, or shells • Beautiful, Spacious Resort: Elegantly designed with plenty of room to relax • Delicious Food: A variety of tasty options • Friendly Service: Warm and welcoming staff (most of the time) • Excellent Entertainment Team: Engaging activities and great energy • Huge pool • Good Housekeeping: Clean and well-maintained rooms

The best beach
The resort was very nice and the beach is gorgeous. There are no sargassum on the beach at all. The water was calm. This resort was surprisingly meet and beyond expectations. Can not wait until the next vacation.
