Jan 19, 2026Great hotel with an awesome staff
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Special shout-out to the following staff members Julisia, Margot, Adail, and Reynaldo. They made our stay that much more special. The location is perfect if you want to be within walking distance of some good restaurants and the beach. If you are noise sensitive, ask them not to put you in the Sea Tower. Mooma next door keeps the party going until 2:00 AM on some nights. Other than that we had a great time and will stay there again.

The most pleasant staff and atmosphere imaginable from the moment we walked in. Above and beyond expectations. Amenities and food is great, clean, well maintained etc but the people set it apart from elsewhere. The airline was a tad rough while transporting my rolling walker making it unsafe. IIt was noticed immediately and before I knew it and we were even done checking in, arrangements were made for Maintenance to have a look...Beat us to the room, found parts and repaired brilliantly. That made my entire 11 day stay right there. Aruba is brautiful, the area is amazing but this hotel in particular has the most wonderful people that genuinely want to make sure everything is great. Stayed here before, will stay here again.

7 nights all inclusive. Buffet breakfast (standard), but no buffet in the evening and only one restaurant to eat in. Other 2 restaurants not open daily. $40 to rent an umbrella on the beach per day, even though we’re all inclusive. No water in the room. Rooms in need of decoration and carpets need changing.

Beach service
Francisco has been fabulous! He has outstanding service at the beach. He always has a smile on his face and attentive to what my family and myself enjoy- food,drinks, etc.

A wonderful stay at the Inn
Holiday Inn, We were quite pleased with our room and room service, clean well kept. We believe we got our money’s worth. Great location. One of our servers Chanty Brown was truly welcoming and hospitable, we much enjoyed our conversations with her. Luz Orozco was professional and warming, she never made us feel we were asking too much, which for our family we can have a lot of asks. We will surely stay here again.
- AdvisoryWe are happy to report that we have successfully completed all the renovation works. Our property is now operating at 100%. Palm Lobby Bar & Cafe; Sea Breeze Restaurant & Bar and Pool located by the Sea Tower is open with its regular hours of operation, as previously announced.
