    Had 2 rooms. Clogged toilet, roaches, musty and dirty floors. Breakfast was below average. Offered discount but never honored it

    2 rooms. Slow drains, clogged. Roaches. Poor breakfast. Dirty floors. Offered compensation but didn't honor. Don't bother. Awful week.

    Nice location

    We were only here for 1 nigh. The location is beautiful and apparently you get to use the Atlantis amenities. Check in process was chaotic and took nearly an hour, with lines and groups shifting around arbitrarily. The restaurant closed at 4pm, which was initially frustrating to have to find dinner off-site after a long day of travel, but there were a few easy options around. Overall, clean and safe with a nice breakfast buffet.

    Smart choice for an Atlantis vacation

    Staff was very friendly at check in and throughout our stay. Rooms are clean, beds were comfortable and we felt very safe at the hotel. The hotel has a nice little pool area and a restaurant on site. The free breakfasts in the morning is a really big bonus and a great way to start the day. We also ate dinner several nights at the hotel and the food was really good. The only downside we experienced at the restaurant was the really long waits for our meals. We had several nights where it took an hour or more for the food to arrive. Im super patient so I didn’t say anything but I did notice several others complain to the staff about this. A HUGE plus staying here is the free passes everyday for Atlantis. It’s impossible to be closer to Atlantis without staying at Atlantis. It was only a 5 minute walk from our room to the entrance. If you are looking to save some money while still enjoying Atlantis this place is a great choice

    Friendly Staff

    The staff were really friendly and helpful, but the Wi-Fi was horrible. Only usable in the pool area which was really inconvenient as my roaming wasn't working. Rooms were clean and well kept

    Good until we got robbed

    I would say the visit was good except for two things the breakfast tasted awful and the fact that 3 of my step fathers items went missing after room service came his head phone designer hat and belt all disappeared we just double checked are luggage to make sure we didn’t make a mistake it is not there and it wasn’t in the room.
