My family and I were a bit nervous about going due to the negative reviews on here but we truly had a great time and enjoyed the Caribbean food and atmosphere. Our food selection was good and we found the food to be tasty and warm. We booked diamond club and found it to be worth it as our butlers shauna Kay and rodwin were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the restaurants, especially the Caribbean restaurant and had great service with waitress Beverly. The beach and pool were great and we enjoyed the entertainment. Recommended resort for sure, we will be visiting again to see more of Antigua.

The Hotel itself is situated in beautiful settings gorgeous beach and pool with swim up bar . Rooms very spacious and clean cleaned daily and water left daily no complaints . Food was the worse food we have ever had poor quality very little choice and never warm. They have 4 restaurants all the same poor quality. The best food was from the sports bar at lunch at least it was warm and fit to eat not a good experience. Staff I would say that the majority of staff could do with training on how to deal with customers in a polite friendly manner because they have no idea. We found 3 staff in our 12 day stay that were of a friendly helpful manner we found others bordering on rude and only interested if they got tips from people . Despite the Hotel coming with a 5?star rating the best I would say is 3 at the best will not go back and would definitely not recommend it to anyone too many disappointing issues . Complained to management and was told they would get it looked into but nothing happened all customers we spoke to had similar complaints and nothing was done about them poor management from senior staff.

This hotel has so many issues I would hold off on a visit anytime soon. Horribly rude staff. Rundown hotel Understaffed No entertainment Mediocre food choices

Oh my goodness where do I even started! I had an amazing time at the Royalton Antigua Resort! They made it myself and my friends feel like royalty, and I wanted to make sure that I included Coniah and Paul because they made us feel especially at home away from home and personal. I 10/10 recommend the resort and my two special people Paul and Coniah.
