Beautiful Island & People
Such a great experience at this resort. The staff was wonderful! Special shout out to Dymond, Coco, Conrad, Earl and J'Quan. They were especially helpful and showed my entire family and friends kindness and wonderful customer service. I really want to return!

Boot Camp Lady J and Royalton
The resort itself was beautiful. My sister and I really enjoyed boot camp with Lady J and the water aerobics with Mr. Awesome! The fitness program and gym in all was amazing probably the best I’ve seen on a resort before. The servers were pretty nice and the staff were friendly. TT was also very fun and funny and overall our experience here was amazing! Would absolutely come again and recommend people to come here!

Boot camp with Lady J was an awesome experience! I also loved Mr. Awesome’s aqua aerobics. Definitely one of the highlight of my experience here. TT from the vibe team was also very welcoming and had an infectious positive attitude. The views from the hotel are also beautiful

Don't waste your money!
I feel like whoever posted a five star review ether got paid or are fake accounts because this resort does not deserve not even a single star. Went with a big group, you would think they would want the buisness. Instead we got treated with a late check in, rooms molded not sanitize and broken to the point someone could literally push the door with a finger and have full access to our room. Food was terrible, any restaurant you went, you ether serve yourself with grabbing water plates etc and most of the menu was never available. Drinks all the way from water to beer on certain days by 10am they would be all out and their food at the buffet would pre heated it and put back up for breakfast. If there was something good or decent it would be gone within the first 30min and they would not restock. Imagine brining a toddler and have spicy potatoes and spicy chicken for lunch?!. The lobby, were people would gather at night for the shows, they had working fans but would never turn them on so people would had back early. Honestly, I can write a book of all the negatives. Staff was 99 percent rude and management could care less of anything. Me and my brother were actually mistaken by management twice because everyone was trying to find management and they were hardly ever around. Please don't waste your money and time on this place. They didn't even accommodate us and we brought 23 people to their location, you would think that would be a good thing but they could care less. We didn't get money, refunds, upgrades or anything and I don't expect it nether. Trust me, for the price you can find a better place with an additional day.

Do Not Waste Your Time or Money - Horrible Property & Management!
This is easily one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a Marriott-property due to quality, cleanliness, and service issues. I’m not sure how or why this is listed as a 5 Star resort because it could not reach 3 stars ona good day! Do not waste your time, money or points staying here! I stayed at this resort for 7 nights and wasted 90,000+ points for diamond club on the first two nights. The first room I was given faced the bay. It had such a strong mold odor that it triggered an immediate headache upon entering the room. I was then moved to a second room—Room 11-116—which was in horrible condition: visible black mold on the ceiling, water-damaged trim, a swollen-shut closet door, dead insects, and damp bedding. The room smelled of mildew the entire stay, and the phone didn’t even work. The room sign was literally falling off of the wall. Clearly, this room should have been taken out of service and never rented to a guest. Further, hallway lighting was nonexistent, including the stairwell and elevator landing, outside of this room. As a solo traveler, it was unsettling and felt unsafe. The only interaction I had with the two butlers assigned to me upon checkin was an escort back to the diamond club to request a room change. Despite the hotel not being full, I was told I had no other room options. The staff on duty were rude and uncaring. After traveling for 12 hours and then waiting for 2 hours to get into a room (well after the 3 PM check in time), i questioned even remaining at the property. I should have listened to my gut instinct to leave. The overall service level and lack of competent property management remained evident throughout my stay. Food was consistently poor, both in taste and variety. Service was extremely slow, with long waits for basic meals. Staff were often rude or indifferent. I witnessed servers arguing with guests The pool bartenders were consistently too busy talking to one another to be bothered to wait on guests. When they actually did they were rude and unfriendly. It was evident they would have rather been anywhere by put there! While I had no contact with my butlers for the first two days after check in, and I was not provided with the WhatsApp number as advertised. I was able to get assistance from Zo (butler for the water bungalows) given that my butlers were no where to be found and I had no way to contact them. He was incredibly helpful and one of the only bright spots from a service perspective. Jerome (one of the servers in the Caribbean restaurant) was also sweet and helpful! The bellman who transported me on checkout was incredibly sweet and helpful as well (I can’t remember his name!). The butlers assigned to me finally shared their WhatsApp information after my 3rd day. This property and its management are a poor example of the Marriott brand. As a lifetime platinum member and a frequent traveler, my experience at this resort has me questioning my decision to continue staying at any Marriott properties in the future. Avoid this property!
