You may enter up to three categories per resort, but only one entry per individual resort per category. By entering this contest, you authorize CheapCaribbean to use your resort name, photos and videos for promotional and advertising purposes. All photos and videos must be date stamped between January 1, 2024 and May, 2025. If using, third party professional photographer/videographer will need to provide usage rights to CheapCaribbean. By entering any User Generated Content (UGC) to submission forms you authorize CheapCaribbean the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, assign, translate, creative derivative works from, distribute and display all photos, videos, etc. UGC photos and videos may be displayed or appear on CheapCaribbean’s social channels, website, e-mails or in our marketing, advertising or promotion efforts. Judging process: CheapCaribbean will review all submissions for completeness and narrow down to the top 3-5 submissions (if applicable) in each category by July 12, 2025. The top 3-5 candidates in each category will be submitted to our panel of internal and external judges (as outlined on the judge’s page) for review. Judges will vote on each of the 3-5 and the resort with the most votes will win the category. Judging period to conclude on, or around September 1, 2025. Winners will be notified by email on or before October 15, 2025. The CheapCaribbean team will work with you to schedule a site visit to deliver your award and collect content for marketing efforts. Three resorts will be selected to host an influencer judge. All decisions made by CheapCaribbean or its designees shall be final and binding.
