Feb 01, 2026You will regret not staying at this resort!!! Luxury accommodations with relaxing, fun atmosphere
Live Aqua Cancun is a FABULOUS all adult resort with everything you could want or need on the property from exquisite food, entertainment and an atmosphere of luxury but also a sense of family due to the staff’s personal, genuine interactions. I have never been to Mexico, so my first visit to this resort was 12/28/24-01/04/25. I was unsure what to expect but for me it was magical and far exceeded any notions or expectations I had in my mind. The New Year’s Eve Party was so much fun, interactive and entertaining. It loved it so much I went back in April 2025 and again same experience and staff actually recognized me. So, my best friend and I returned home from the third trip 01/30/26! I know there are plenty of other resorts, but I feel no reason to even try as it would be hard pressed to find another as wonderful. One of the main reasons I wanted to return was the Butler service. I had met Viri on first trip and requested her for each one. Her and Arturo took care of us this last trip and honestly they are huge part in why I return and so thankful I’ve had the blessing to get to know them and vice versa. They meet and anticipate your every need, and even before you arrive, reaching out for special requests for beverages in fridge, While there, they make cabana reservations, dinner reservations spa services, any information needed to explore, arrange taxis and so much more. They escort you to dinner and then very morning send messages about the scheduled daily activities from water aerobics (so much fun) various fitness classes, cooking classes, pool bingo and the list goes on. The restaurants are truly amazing!! When going te Creamy Habanero Soup at MB is a MUST!! All the restaurants in evening are fine dining and an experience all on its own . everyday there is a grill going with ribs, chicken, various salads then also a hamburger grill with chicken that is irresistible not only because of quality, but the chef cooking is so happy everyday with a contagious spirit. I am so comfortable here now I would even go by myself without hesitation, I high is what I’m planning in near future. Thank you Lige Aqua for your incredible resort, service and a special thank you Viri and Arturo for making me and my best friends experience unforgettable !!

Everything and everyone was especially our two butlers Ronny and Romario and the events team. including but not limited to Ricky Recardo, Pablo, and Lue they kept us entertained all week

Can’t say enough good things about this place. In my opinion if you’re expectations are higher than their standards it’s a you problem ☀️ Our butler Maggie was amazing and found a hoodie I lost, Marciano and the whole staff at Azure were so accommodating. Really enjoyed all of the staffs enthusiasm to help us make the most our trip

Pablo Gustavo and Miguel, made being away from home on our Aflac business trip absolutely amazing from the crafts to mixology to the special drinks at the bar. we couldn’t have asked for a better business trip/vacation thank you guys for all that you do can’t wait to see you again.

Highly recommend
I spent five days at Live Aqua celebrating my 40th birthday with my cousin. I got the Viento Suite package which came with extra perks such butler service, daily Bali bed with foot massage, access to VIP lounge, etc. This resort exceeded our expectations and I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate. Food was great, drinks were great, and we got pampered throughout. We were treated like Royalty and extra special shoutout to our butlers Alex and Ernesto who always went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this resort and would go back.
