    Average Hotel

    This hotel is average. They didn’t have enough towels for all the guests. One of the employees told us they have 300 towels for 500 guests so every morning we had to run to get towels. The restaurants were Ok and they don’t take reservations so unless you stay in line to get a table when the restaurants open at 5/6pm, you’ll need to wait around 1h30 min to be seated. The buffet restaurant for breakfast is good but for some reason, they don’t have coffee spoons, and they only have tablespoon for the cereal. Also, the coffee is always warm, and you have to be lucky to seat in an area with a good waiter otherwise, you’ll need to beg for a cup of coffee! The zipline was broken so we couldn’t enjoy that, the kids were disappointed. The Pirate pool and water slide are fun but there are no towels or bar available at that side of the hotel so you need to get the towels earlier in the opposite side of the hotel and you can NOT drink anything, not even coffee in the kid’s pool area which is very annoying! I am writing all this here because unfortunately they don’t explain any of these in the check in, so you have to find out by yourself how things work. The good side was the shows; they had early shows which were fun and they also had activities at the pool like sports which were great! The monitors were very nice specially Andrio and Osmar. BE AWARE: They have the INFINITY LUXURY TRAVEL app being offered at this hotel so after check in someone will approach you offering perks (free massage/free tour…) if you have breakfast with them the other morning. They sweet talk you and they don’t tell why you are being invited for breakfast. We went for breakfast and to visit their VIP suites at the hotel and to a meeting with them in their office. The whole presentation took around 2h30 of our vacation morning and they offered a very interesting travel app with great hotel prices. Their packages start in $19,800 which they only tell you about the prices in the very end of the presentation/meeting. They will do almost anything to get you to sign up so be careful. We declined their offer and surprisingly they didn’t harass us for the remaining of our trip. After we left the presentation, we did some research about it and some people say it is a scam that you can never find availability of the rooms at the price they promised or you can’t cancel the contract, etc. What I recommend is search about Infinity Luxury Travel before staying at this hotel, so you are ready when they approach you and you don’t regret anything.

    Hector has been an amazing server,he is impeccable,goes way above and beyond anything we ever expected,he is a please make sure you guys when visiting seadust look for him on the food court,you will not regret it
