I recently had the opportunity to stay at Ocean Coral adults side from 04/24-04/26 and I feel compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with several aspects of my experience. Firstly, the food options were extremely disappointing for an all-inclusive resort. The variety was very limited, and the quality did not meet the standards promised. At various times of the day, food availability was scarce, and dietary needs and preferences were poorly accommodated, leaving many guests, myself included, frustrated and hungry. Secondly, the resort’s clothing policy was both unclear and unreasonable. Guests were often reprimanded for attire that would be considered perfectly acceptable at comparable resorts. This not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere but also made it difficult to enjoy basic amenities without fear of being approached or turned away. Lastly, I must address the serious issue of wildlife disturbances, specifically the raccoons. It was alarming to see raccoons roaming freely around the resort grounds, particularly in dining areas. Several guests, including myself, felt unsafe and were disturbed during meals and leisure activities. This raises major concerns about health, safety, and overall guest care. An all-inclusive resort should prioritize guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction, and unfortunately, Ocean Coral fell short on all three fronts during my stay. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements. I would also appreciate a response regarding how you intend to address these issues, as I do not feel I received the level of service and quality I paid for.

Hotel ocean Coral & Turquesa privilege lounge
Fabulous restaurant with amazing food and staff, we where looked after by Jesus, Emanuel, Miguel, Eduardo, Dan and the manager Susana but must forget Jesus the bartender who kept us very happy of an evening. The hotel and staff have been amazing, definitely coming back in the future.

Mateo and Franky are the Best!
Franky and Mateo at Ocean Coral Turquesa are absolute legends! They kept the good vibes flowing all night with their amazing energy, hilarious personalities, and incredible drink-making skills. Every time we went to the bar, they made us feel like old friends — always smiling, laughing, and making sure everyone was having the best time. Their hard work and positive attitude didn’t go unnoticed. Franky and Mateo made our trip unforgettable — we can’t wait to come back and hang out with them again!
