They keep this hotel super clean. For the value, it’s a great place to stay. I’ve stayed here multiple times with no complaints.

I stayed here for my 26th wedding anniversary. Everyone was nice, friendly, and very helpful. The nightly entertainment was good. The only thing I wish they did was to have the DJ play music later than 11:00 pm. Since this is an all-adult resort, it could have lasted until 1:00 am. This was my only complaint . The food was good, and we enjoyed eating at the buffet since there was a variety of food to choose from.

Day pass during cruise vacation
Since we stayed overnight in Cabo on our cruise, we decided to spend one day at the Riu. Beautiful grounds and pool! The beach is lovely, but no swimming. We had the buffet for both breakfast and lunch. Kinda like cafeteria food. Drinks were not good though. I don’t know if it’s the mixers they use or not too shelf liquor, but they always tasted off. Security was always around checking on us so that was good. We ubered there but had to take a taxi back.

Solo birthday vacay!
Hotel was great overall! I will say that food was somewhat mid but that’s expected at an all inclusive in my experience. Drinks were great! Customer service was excellent!
