Important Information: The following menu items are not included and may require a surcharge - Prime Beef Cuts (Tenderloin, Ribeye and NY Strip), Lobster, Lamb, Tuna, Baked Seafood, Seafood Platter and Salmon. There are no refunds on unused plan features. Meal plans are set per person per day and unused portions cannot be carried over to other days. Meal courses are to be consumed during the meal sitting and may not be broken into multiple transactions. Beverages and meals on the plan are reserved for the enjoyment of each individual on the plan only. Plan components may not be shared with other individuals/guests. The resort reserves the right to discontinue an individual’s use of the plan should the plan be in any way abused. AI Plan begins with Dinner on arrival date and ends with breakfast on departure date. All other parameters are nonflexible. Borrowed snorkel gear must be returned to the watersports hut by 4:30 pm daily or a charge will apply. Menu restrictions and surcharges apply as per Standard AI Plan exclusions noted on Menus. Lost bracelet will not be replaced. Full plan charge will apply if lost. Bracelet is to be returned to the front desk on last day of the plan to avoid additional charges.

    Overall, wonderful!!

    Pros: -Wonderful, friendly, go beyond staff all-around amazing from housekeeping to meal servers -Ocean view from the room -Delicious food every meal -All-inclusive meal plan -Room was more than adequate for us, everything was working great, clean, you do have to request daily housekeeping if desired -Adult and juvenile chickens roaming the property; looking for food -Family-friendly; not an adults-only property Cons (hotel cannot control): -Bad smell from the ocean -Brown algae keeps rolling in from the ocean (hotel does clean it several times a day but it comes back) -Their designated shuttle to/from airport. Old, rickety bus that is in need of an upgrade. -Biting bugs (mosquitos or something else)

    Wyndham Reef Resort Mother Daughter trip

    My daughter and I visited and really enjoyed our experience. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We did all inclusive and didn’t regret it the food was great. The east end is very quiet. Would absolutely visit again and venture out to the west end. If you stay at Wyndham and want to travel around island definitely rent a car.

    Overpriced resort

    High priced food and drinks. They add 25% exchange rate when menu says they add 20%. AC works but was inadequate--- only cools to 67-68 at night.

    Great Fun

    We stayed for 2 weeks and there were activities daily to keep us busy. Was able to take advantage of the spa (Mother's Day Special). The staff were very welcoming and happy to be of assistance.

    Reasonably priced for cayman

    Reasonably priced hotel for Cayman but a little underwhelming in the end. Looks beautiful and very clean. Only one of the pools is for hotel guests the other time share guests. Room was nice enough but ours had a constantly flushing toilet and we were told that it couldn’t be fixed during our visit. Kitchen facilities in room super helpful as food is very pricey but it does mean your room tends to smell of your neighbours bacon!
