Amazing Stay and would Highly Recommend
Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa We stayed at Dreams Tulum with high expectations given the brand and location, and the experience was mixed. The resort itself is beautiful and expansive, with lush jungle landscaping and a long beachfront. The grounds are well maintained and the setting feels relaxing and secluded, which we appreciated. Pools are plentiful, and there is no shortage of loungers or space to unwind. Service was friendly overall, especially from the pool and beach staff, who worked hard and were consistently kind. That said, service across restaurants and check in felt inconsistent and often slow, even when the resort did not seem overly crowded. Food was the biggest disappointment. While there are multiple dining options, quality was hit or miss and rarely exceeded average. Some meals were solid, but others felt rushed or lacked flavor. For a resort at this price point, the food should be more consistent. Rooms were comfortable but clearly dated. While clean, they could use refreshing and better soundproofing. Housekeeping did a good job, but the rooms did not feel luxurious. The beach is natural and scenic, but like much of the area, seaweed can be an issue depending on the season. The resort does make efforts to manage it, but expectations should be realistic. Overall, Dreams Tulum is a pleasant resort with a beautiful setting and friendly staff, but it falls short of what many expect from a higher end all inclusive. If you value nature, space, and a calm atmosphere more than top tier dining or modern rooms, you will likely enjoy it. If food quality and polished service are priorities, you may want to explore other options.

Fun activities
I stayed here with 3 of my friends and it was amazing! The activities during the day were the best and had great late night entertainment to keep the party going. Ronny and Eric in activities were the best and kept the entire pool laughing and engaged all week! Highly recommend conversing with them if you come.
