It was very awesome. My kids enjoyed all time in this place and play all day since 9 am to 9 pm. My wife and me enjoyed our time while kids played in this place. The mini disco and spa was awesome. Misses were very committed and nice to them.

Nov 24, 2025A Very Average Resort
Overall, a very average resort. The aggressive check in (almost forcing you to take part in their 1.5 hour breakfast sales pitch) was over the top and starting the vacation on a bad note. They want you to sign up for a ridiculously priced Hyatt Vacation Program. By ridiculous I am talking near $200,000 USD. For attending you get a $250 USD voucher which you can use for excursions or some other items, but it is almost not worth it considering the experience. Once you get past that, the resort rooms are fine, but getting to the point they need a renovation. The food is very, very average but the staff are nice and friendly. I would not go back ever again, but it was not a total disaster.

Isolated corporate holiday complex. Provides everything you need including beautiful beach. Attractive low rise buildings (mostly 2-3 storeys) in a colonial style set in attractive landscaping of palm trees, foliage and gardens. Staff well drilled to provide the ultimate customer service. Local taxi trips are expensive.

Family Trip
We had such a wonderful stay at Dreams Tulum! The resort is set on a stunning stretch of beach and surrounded by lush jungle, so you’re constantly spotting wildlife—beautiful birds, raccoons, coatis, and more. It really adds to the charm and natural beauty of the property. The entertainment was a standout. Every day and evening offered something fun, lively, and well-organized. The food was also consistently great, with plenty of variety and quality options for all tastes. One thing we really appreciated was having two very different pool experiences: one quiet pool perfect for relaxing, reading, and having a peaceful day, and one active pool with music, games, and a fun vibe. It made it easy to choose whatever mood we were in without feeling crowded. The resort itself is quite large, so be prepared for a lot of walking and steps. But the bellmen are amazing—they happily shuttle guests around in golf carts from one end to the other whenever needed, which made getting around much easier. The kids had a blast at Explorer's Club and begged to go everyday. They have a nice kid friendly water park in the club space. Overall, a lovely experience in a beautiful setting. We’d happily return!

The entertainment crew was great especially Ronny and Gonzalo. I enjoyed the pool area. The bartenders were great as well. Other than that the rooms were out dated. The food was ok, I did enjoy the World Cafe for breakfast and lunch. We aaa woke up by noise every morning from the maintenance crew kinda annoying. Although I enjoyed the ppl I was with I wasn’t satisfied with resort as a whole. They really need to read their reviews and make changes!!!
