This is my 29th trip, and it’s the first time I’ve ever stayed at such a disappointing hotel. The service is terrible, the staff are not friendly or welcoming, and there is no variety in the food. The cleanliness is poor, and the employees are not helpful at all. On top of that, there are no activities offered — it’s impossible to have fun or relax properly. Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are much better options in Mexico for the same price, or even cheaper.

The staff was the best here . Resort was very clean for the most part. Be prepared for the raccoons and iguanas to great you and cross your path. lol I would recommend this resort to someone.

Tulum did not disappoint!
I meet Ronny May with the entertainment team. He was a delight. I won’t forget meeting him. All facets of Tulum was great. My massage and spa experience was extraordinary. Everything was clean and in order.

Above and beyond customer service
The customer service was excellent. We checked in at the preferred club and Paola our conceirge was great. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and I wanted to surprise him with a romantic dinner. Paola took care of everything and kept me up to date on the options and the process in a timely manner. I also wanted to add some flowers to the occasion however I was told it was too late. Paola contacted me after learning about my request and told me she would take care of it. She provided me with everything I asked for. She was wonderful and provided me with beyond excellent service.
