Alain was our butler and he went above and beyond! He was always available me when we needed him. This was our first visit at the Iberostar in Montego Bay and the swim out was perfect for the trip! I would highly recommend this property and butler

Fantastic Stay!!
The Iberostar Montego Bay property is amazing and we will be back. I highly recommend adding butler service to your reservation and request Alain! He was so attentive to our needs and made our stay amazing! We can't wait to return and will specifically request a swimout room and Alain!

The best vacation ever
Alain was the absolute best!!!! So accommodating and easy going. He ensured that we were able to be comfortable and didn’t have to worry about anything. Alain checked in and on us at each point, and ultimately made this vacation amazing! We will be back!

Beach Grill
We ate lunch everyday at the beach grill. Karen was our server every day and she was great ! Wonderful food and service. We enjoyed the setting and the fact that it was not a buffet. Hidden gem ! …………………………………………………..,,,.,.,,………………………………..

The resort itself was fairly basic, and while the food was just okay, the drinks were excellent. The service, however, truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was outstanding. Jowane, the bellboy, welcomed us with refreshing cold towels, while Devonne at the front desk greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. Our butler, Christopher, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and Clive at the lobby bar was equally exceptional. Their hospitality made all the difference.

- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
