    One of the best resorts in the area

    One of the best resorts in the area. Only thing is lacking is casual night life. The resort is extremely relaxed and casual. Not a lot of partying going on or a party pool. Able to really relax and enjoy the sun and the pool and food. Love the high class food and atmosphere.

    Can’t wait to be back

    We had an excellent time on our honeymoon at Unico Riviera Maya. From the start, our local host Manuel, greeted us with champagne. He made sure we had our dinner reservations set, scheduled us a couples massage, a cooking class, and was sure to check in throughout the week. There was always plenty of seating around the pool each day. No worrying about the people who wake up at dawn to reserve everything. The beach was mostly good. A few days were a little seaweed heavy, but there ocean was great when it was clean. The cocktails around the resort were phenomenal. The food was very good at each restaurant. We will definitely be back

    Eduardo and Jackie are the best!

    We were greeted by Jackie at check in and we immediately felt like VIP guests. She helped us book all of our excursions for our honeymoon and made sure we got some great discounts and special reservations. Eduardo was our local host and he went above and beyond every hour of every day to make sure we had EVERYTHING we need. He organized every dinner and resort activity with amazing flexibility and charm. I wish i could fly Eduardo to every vacation I have in the future he was so instrumental in us having a flawless and amazing trip. The only issue we had was too much free champagne and a feeling that they thought we must be royalty for how well we were treated.

    Wonderful trip

    We visited Unico 8/1-8/8/2025. This is our favorite resort and we try and get there once a year. Everything was super from the room to our food to the pools and service. The best service was from our butler team Carlos and Eduardo. They were exceptional!! They took care of our entire vacation and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Please promote both and give them a huge raise!!
