    Best vacation ever

    From the moment we arrived at the Unico Hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The warm welcome, personalized attention, and genuine hospitality made us feel at home right away. The property is stunning: beautifully maintained gardens, breathtaking views, and an atmosphere that perfectly blends luxury with relaxation. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail aimed at comfort and style. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and the soft tropical breeze was simply magical. The food was outstanding: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented at every meal. The staff went above and beyond, always ready with a smile and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was booking excursions, reservations for restaurants, arranging spa treatments, or simply recommending the best spot to watch the sunset, their service was flawless. The location is ideal—close enough to explore the beauty and culture of the Riviera Maya, yet peaceful enough to truly relax and disconnect. We left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. Unico Hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience you’ll cherish long after you leave. Highly recommended

    Had a wonderful time

    Hotel is modern all inclusive that provide concierge service. No buffet, A La Carte restaurant. There are multiple specialty restaurants such as Italian, hibachi,Mexican and Steak house etc. Hotel is adult only. Has multiple pool options such as pools where music is played or if you need a quiet pool without noise there is a pool and area for that too. The spa is nice, Has hydrotherapy option. The price for spa can be pricey but they offer discounts and specials. The food is wonderful. They provide a free straw as a parting gift. Free room service.The beach had alot of seaweed but was told this occurs during the summer, lots of beach chairs, beach towels plentiful. Approximately 40 mins from the airport, free transportation is provided but you will need to confirm transportation via email once you book the stay. There are many activities on the premises with something for everyone.

    Tranquility and beauty abound

    This resort is excellent! So tranquil and relaxing. We have been here multiple times and every time is amazing. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff is amazing. And the food - best I have ever had at an all-inclusive. This last time we were there we stayed 10 nights and never ran out of delicious options for meals. We will definitely be back soon!

    Nice week vacation!

    The food at this hotel is 5/5! Service is top tier as well thanks to Luis who took care of us the whole week and all the servers at the restaurants. We stayed at the swim up suite and the room was very spacious for my parter and I. My only suggestion would be to provide a bit more privacy in the room pool but other than that we had an amazing time. They send you a schedule out every morning with daily activities but don’t expect anything out of the ordinary such as a casino, escape room… etc. It’s perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy some food and cocktails by the pool.
