  • Dive into aqua aerobics for the exercise thing, or water polo for the competition thing.
  • In addition to snorkeling, there's parasailing, motor boating, or Hobie catting (is that a word?).
  • You can play shuffleboard and tennis, but if you want a smaller court, there's always ping-pong.
  • There's volleyball to enjoy, but if you want near zero physical movement, there's Spanish lessons.

    Highly recommended!

    We’ve gone to this same resort twice, and both times have been perfect. Very, very nice while still being casual and welcoming. The beach is great, the pool is fun, and the food is delicious. But the truly special aspect that sets it apart is the staff. Not only are they all great at their job, but they’re effortlessly friendly and welcoming. They were all wonderful, but I want to single out our concierge, Santiago Flores. He tended to our every need and really made us feel at home. I can’t recommend Meliá at Cozumel highly enough!

    Acceptable appearance staff excellent.

    Everyone was very friendly especially in the buffet dining room. Special mention for Ana Braga super nice lady very attentive made our stay extra special. Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean however, I think the resort could use some TLC

    A very relaxing vacation.

    Everyone was excellent. The servers at our meals went out of their way to make it a great experience, providing for all our needs immediately, particularly Ana Vraga, a hard working and very attentive lady. Everything and everyone else just complemented our stay.

    Perfect trip

    Prettiest beach in Mexico I've ever been on. Soft white sand. No seaweed!! Smaller resort than we typically go to, but had everything we needed. Putt putt was a daily hit for the kids. Snorkeling, just on the other side of the barrier, was perfect. Kids went everyday. The clearest water I've seen. Food was good. We walked for miles on the beach every night.

    Treated like a princess

    Each member of the staff greeted me every time I saw them. The bellmen took great care of my luggage upon arrival and at departure. The Level concierge staff was incredible at seeing that my stay was perfect; from towel service for beach and pool, Bali bed reservations, excursions, poolside/beachside beverages, in-room snacks, booking dining reservations, to sending daily text to update me on the daily events, themes, and menus. My concierge, Gerardo, checked in with me daily in person to ensure I had everything I needed to make each day great. Ivan was very attentive with all of my questions about planning an adventure to the backside of the island and coordinated everything for my jeep rental. All staff was always available to assist during my entire stay.
