  Honeymoon

  The friendliness of all of the staff was amazing. Our butler Eramy was wonderful. Lady took care of us while we were at the pool or in our private pool at our room. She said hello by name daily and was so kind. She knew our drink order and would always make sure we were taken care of. Julio was such a familiar face while eating breakfast or dinner. He was so attentive and caring. He would go out of his way to check on us and make sure everything was good. Modesto made our breakfast and dinner experiences out of this world. He was so friendly and made us feel special.

  5 star! Can't wait to go back!

  The Dominican weather was beyond beautiful. Warm & sunny everyday. The resort is gorgeous. The rooms were roomy & very comfortable. Good value & clean. Not a spring break resort - so nice & quiet at bedtime. SERVICE was top notch! All the staff were professional, friendly & very helpful. The pools, beach, bars, restraunts were wonderful and kept you busy. Different variety of entertainment daily.

  Amazing Resort & Staff

  I had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort! Everything was perfect—from the beautiful grounds to the comfortable accommodations. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. A special shout-out to the entertainment team—Teddy, Magna, and Mayra—who truly made our trip unforgettable. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! I can’t wait to come back.

  Excellent Team of Workers

  Our stay was truly enhanced by an outstanding group of staff members who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. Our concierge, Victor, was excellent. He was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. His support made our stay smooth and stress-free. Our housekeeper, Alina, was outstanding. She kept our room impeccably clean, paid close attention to detail, and even provided turn-down service, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Her work truly elevated our stay. Juadber, who handled our minibar service, was attentive, friendly, and dependable. He consistently ensured everything was fully stocked and well organized, and his reliability made our stay even more comfortable. Miquelito Cuervas Sanchez was wonderful in helping me book a much-needed massage for my husband, Michael, at the Spa. He was patient and kind, and he made sure everything was arranged perfectly, making the experience seamless. Juldania was our hostess at several restaurants and was an absolute joy. She was always sweet and welcoming, she greeted us with a warm smile every day. Her great sense of humor made every interaction pleasant and memorable. Luz, at La Riviera, was another exceptional hostess. Even as a mother-to-be, she was incredibly attentive and ensured all of our needs were met with care and professionalism. Yessica was also very friendly and attentive, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of each time we saw her. Alba, who worked as a hostess in The Plaza, was also very pleasant, helpful, and always approachable. Reyni took care of us at several restaurants and was a joy to interact with. He was personable, engaging, and always remembered us wherever he saw us, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. At Coco Café, Reinaldo and Denisse were exceptional. Reinaldo treated us like family, always remembered our coffee orders, and provided warm, personal service that made each visit special. There was also a supervisor who wore all black, whose name we unfortunately did not get his name he worked at El Patio, Bluewater Grill, and the Riviera. He was a truly outstanding professional, attentive, and clearly committed to excellence. His leadership and presence did not go unnoticed. Also, we could never forget MR. FIRE! He was truly an amazing person; friendly, hospitable, and remembered us every place we saw him. On Sunday, our last night, we visited Himitsu Pan-Asian Restaurant. We sat at the last table on the left as you enter the restaurant. The chef was amazing and entertaining, and the hostess was equally wonderful. I had never experienced hibachi before, and the Chef put on an absolutely amazing show, and the food was outstanding. Each of these individuals contributed to making our stay memorable through their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. We are deeply grateful to them all and hope they receive the recognition they deserve. One serious concern was the location of our room as senior guests. While being on the 3rd floor itself was not an issue, the distance from the main areas and activities required a long and physically taxing walk, especially for my husband, which significantly limited our ability to enjoy the resort. We requested a room closer to the central areas due to this concern; no accommodation or upgrade was made available to us, even though we are members. For a resort of this size, greater consideration for seniors and mobility accessibility is essential. A closer room would have made a substantial and meaningful difference in our overall experience. Food and drinks were outstanding from the breakfast at the La Riviera to the dinners at the restaurants.
