    Surreal Experience

    XCaret is an unforgettable experience. It’s family friendly, the ambiance and hospitality is absolutely impeccable and definitely hard to beat. Visit La Cantina to enjoy great food, drinks and live music! Our server Saul at La Cantina went above and beyond to treat us like royalty. We will definitely be back!

    From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. The views were stunning, the food was incredible, and the service made every moment feel like a fairytale. A huge thank you to Eduardo Perez from Guest Services for helping us plan the perfect week before we even arrived. He made everything so easy and special! 💌 I have to give all my love to our amazing butlers Cristopher Moralas, Iván Meléndez, and Janisse Jerez. They completely spoiled us and went above and beyond every single day. They anticipated our needs, responded right away, and added the sweetest surprises in our room that made me cry happy tears. They truly made our honeymoon unforgettable 🥹💖 Extra love to Marco M. the concierge at Casa Fuego rooftop pool for the adorable floating honeymoon gift basket and to Danni, the best bartender ever, for making the most delicious drinks all week 🍹✨ Every staff member we met was kind, genuine, and full of warmth.     The most perfect experience in the most beautiful place in the world!!!

    My fiancée and I spent over a week searching online for the perfect honeymoon destination before discovering Hotel Xcaret Mexico. It didn’t take long after reading about it and seeing the photos to realize this was exactly where we wanted to go. From the moment we booked, the service was outstanding. We had several questions about the hotel and the parks, and Eduardo Perez from Guest Services was incredibly helpful and responsive. He guided us through dinner and activity reservations and made sure we didn’t miss out on some of the amazing experiences Xcaret has to offer. Without his help, we would’ve been lost. When we arrived at the Cancun airport the day after our wedding, we were greeted by a friendly Xcaret representative who directed us to the shuttle. The ride to the hotel was comfortable and relaxing, complete with soft drinks, water, and cozy seating, which was a great start to our honeymoon! Upon arrival at the hotel, we were immediately impressed by how warm and welcoming the staff were, and check-in was seamless. As we explored the resort, we were absolutely blown away by its beauty. Every detail, from the architecture to the landscaping, built to complement the natural environment was breathtaking and unlike anything we’ve ever seen before! Throughout our stay, we were fortunate to have the best butler staff imaginable. I can’t say enough great things about Cristopher Moralas, Iván Meléndez and Janisse Jerez. Each of them truly went above and beyond to make our special occasion as memorable as possible. Whenever we had a question about anything, they would answer within minutes.. whenever we didn’t know how to get somewhere on the property, they were at our door to personally escort us there.. whenever we had a special request, they would do things we didn’t even know were possible at a hotel resort. Some of the special touches they displayed in our room made my wife cry tears of joy, which is absolutely priceless to me. I cannot express enough that our vacation/honeymoon would not have been the same without each of these special individuals. They made us feel like family, and we are forever grateful for them! We also want to thank Marco M., the concierge manager at the Casa Fuego rooftop pool, who gave us great tips for exploring the parks and even surprised us with a floating honeymoon gift basket while we were in the pool. Danni, the bartender at Casa Fuego, also deserves a special mention for his exceptional service and for making the best drinks we had during our entire trip. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made us feel at home everywhere we went. And then there’s THE FOOD!! One of our favorite parts of the trip! We dined at 12 different restaurants across the resort, and every single one was incredible. I consider myself a bit of a food critic, and my wife is a picky eater, yet we had zero complaints. Every restaurant felt like a five-star dining experience thanks to the food, service, ambiance, and stunning views. To sum it up, I can’t imagine a place anywhere in the world more beautiful, special, or memorable than Hotel Xcaret Mexico! It was the perfect honeymoon destination, and we’re already looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you to everyone who made this the most perfect and unforgettable experience of our lives!
