    Hotel Xcaret

    I spent a week at Hotel Xcaret and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort exceeded all my expectations – from the stunning natural surroundings to the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my stay both relaxing and exciting. The food was outstanding with a wide variety of restaurants offering delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The all-inclusive access to the Xcaret parks was a huge bonus and made the trip even more memorable. I especially loved the blend of nature, culture, and luxury throughout the entire property. If you're looking for a place that combines adventure, relaxation, and first-class hospitality, I highly recommend Hotel Xcaret. I’m already dreaming about my next visit!

    Birthday getaway for busy parents

    We absolutely LOVED our experience in the Fuego adults only building. The private restaurant, private ground level pool AND private rooftop pool and bar were breathtaking. We also enjoyed two excursions to the Xenotes and the Catamaran. The Xenotes was our favorite by far, however the Catamaran experience was great as well especially if you’re looking for a party! With our package we have 3 butlers which isn’t a must per se, however I think it is! The resort is sooooooo vast, having them escort us to pick up points for excursions, meet us to walk us back after very long days and recommend restaurants made the trip WORLD CLASS! Our butlers were Alejandro Barrera, Bani Aburto and Julieta Gamboa. We travel a lot, hear me when I shout from the rooftops, this resort checked VERY BOX, added some boxes and check those off too! We will be coming back with our 4 girls. So grateful for this experience! Oh, one last thing, the pickup at the airport was the easiest we’ve had entering Cancun!!! The Xcaret lounge in literally the first lounge on the right when existing the airport, fushia, can’t miss it!

    Amazing resort, best in Mexico!

    Xcaret continues to be one of our favorite places to travel in Mexico! The restaurants are phenomenal. The entertainment for all ages is outstanding. The staffing is going through some ups and downs with the new expansion but thanks to Diego Montoyo with conceirge, he literally saved our trip. I probably would have left xcaret unhappy this last time if it wasn’t for HIM. He went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered in a timely manner, he helped sort out a reservation mishap with our dinner, he is hands down the best and deserves all the praise in the world!! I have been to xcaret before the expansion and they will bounce back from the growth, but for now… I am so happy they have Diego working for them to help take on the expansion. Thank you DIEGO!!!!

    Let me start by saying that this is our 6th visit in Hotel Xcaret. And after trying all the restaurants in Hotel Xcaret Arte and Hotel Xcaret Mexico 1, FUEGO RESTAURANT at Casa Fuego has always been our favorite. And now that we have also tried Hotel Xcaret Mexico 2, it is still our #1. The reason is simple, they have excellent food, fine dining at it's best kudos to the chef! Best french toast in the world! But more than the good food, what really makes us love Fuego restaurant is the PEOPLE. The staff is very welcoming and treat us like family. From the moment we enter, Xiomara always remember us and happy to see us again. From the door, we already feel welcomed as she takes us to our favorite seat in the restaurant. Jacquelin is also very friendly. Their supervisor Saul also takes time to greet us and welcome us as well. We also want to recognize Jesus, Levi, Marin, Christian, Pedro, Tiger who are all very professional and consistent, knowledgeable with the menu, and would go above and beyond to make sure that we are having the best dining experience. They make us feel special by remembering us from our previous visit and it warms our heart. Fuego restaurant is one of the reason why we keep on coming back to xcaret. We are so thankful that we became members because we can go back to Fuego restaurant over and over again. We consider it as the best perk of our membership. Fuego restaurant make us realize we made the best decision becoming members/partners. I really hope that upper management sees this because they all deserve this recognition.
