    Started off roost but it didn’t spoil our holiday.

    Lots of bd points that I could name to do with the room and pool cleanliness but I’d like to thank Raquel in the kaleidoscope restaurant who met us with a smile every single day! She couldn’t do enough for us and was amazing with our children. Thankyou so much.

    Mum & daughter holiday

    Was really worried by all the bad reviews ! Me & my daughter who's 15 had an amazing time here! We were upgraded for free to the sunclub after waiting a few hours to check in. The sunclub pools & snack bars were amazing. Our room was cleaned every day . Staff super friendly & helpful. We went to the Bluemal shopping centre where the hotel took us free & picked us up a few hours later. My advice is to upgrade to sunclub. We would definitely come back & recommend 👌

    Let down

    Overall disappointment. Showers flooded our room daily. Door cards didn’t work often. Rooms not cleaned. Staff did not want to help.

    Good relaxing vacation

    Pleasant room and comfortable mattress. Good Beach facilities. Lots of meal options although the booking system can be difficult to navigate. Great entertainment team, seemed like they were there 24/7 and always had a smile for everyone.

    Excellent family vacation

    I stayed at this resort and highly enjoyed all the services, everyone is super friendly and will do their best to accommodate you. Especially the kids they are very caring and the club, it was fantastic. My daughter really enjoyed her time and would often opt to go there instead of the pool which was a surprise for me. The kids club has many activities and Candy/Crisa makes the stay for parents very easy taking good care of what is most important. Thank you all
