The service with drying up wet floors due to bad shower draining was bad. I slipped and broke my foot. I asked to see the hotel manager. I wasn't even acknowledged.

Hotel is very dated, needs a lot of TLC mainly in the rooms, and pools. I expected a 5 Star I would rate it as 3 Star. The best thing about this place is the staff.

Terrible Experience – Left 2 Days Early
The resort states it has an adults only pool but that was never enforced. I witness kids with diapers in the pool and on top of the pool bar. Management (Fernando) was unprofessional and uncaring, even after being made aware of the situation. I left the resort 2 days earlier with no attempt to compensate or make up for the terrible experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone expecting to make use of adult only pool. I stayed here because of a wedding event but would not make the same mistake again.

Rooms - very good. A la carte dining - decent but not amazing evening buffet - very poor beach seaweed problem - beach not available to use on our trip and hotel could easily have let customers know or prevented it (as per neighboring property) pool area - good but could be better looked after (Cleaning)
