This was our first trip with Dreams Riviera Cancún. We can’t say enough great things about every aspect of this location from accommodations, food, activities, to the staff! The facility is so clean. The landscaping was incredible. We enjoyed watching the iguanas free room. The magic show left has wondering..How did they do that? Our pool server were outstanding.(Wish we could remember his name!) We sat in the same spot each day to have him! Kudos to Erick, Uzzy (aka Orange Juice), Angie, & Jonathan who included us in the activities and made us feel extra special! We hope to return in the future!

We LOVE the entertainment staff! Make sure to join in on the activities while you’re here!!
I was very impressed with the Entertainment staff at this resort! They made our stay so much more fun! They planned so many great activities throughout the whole day! Big shout out to Erik, Mauricio, and Kevin for best beach volleyball partners! These guys always had a smile on their face and were very friendly to everyone at the resort. They really made sure everyone was having a good time while they were there. If you have the chance tell the what's up and get to know them they are so awesome!

Entertainment Crew
Erik, Mauricio, Keven and the rest of the entertainment staff were great! They made the trip very enjoyable, whether that was volleyball on the beach, seeing them around the resort to even the shows. They remembered each of my family members names and always greeted us kindly and always had a smile on their face. Great crew, great people, and they made our time enjoyable. Shout out to Erik and Mauricio!

Excellent resort and we had a great time. The staff work non stop to look after you and ensure you are enjoying your stay. Must mention Lenrry from pool side who looked after us, Rafael from the preferred club concierge who also looked after us, he’s an ambassador for Dreams and both Lenrry and Rafael deserve recognition for their continuous efforts in upholding Dreams values. Also would like to mention Hanna from the buffet reception who always welcomed us with a smiling face and the girls from the explorers club (Gio, Tam, Lou, Mar, Laura and Paty) I reluctantly gave four stars because of a couple negative points. Seaweed which I understand the hotel can’t do anything about it but will mention it because it was a lot. Biggest negative was the loud music from the weddings which was most nights of our stay. We had a pool and ocean view room which overlooked the wedding areas. If your room was to the rear then you would have less interference. Without these negative points, this hotel is definitely a 5 star and worth a visit. Overall we loved our stay and would be returning.

Amazing staff!
I had the best time with my family and fiancé at dreams riviera Cancun! Food was great, service was fast, it was very clean. Everyone was super friendly. The entertainment team was so fun to be around and I really loved hanging out with Antonio! He made every day memorable and a blast. The rest of the entertainment team was super fun as well and I really loved playing volleyball and other games with them and then enjoying a nice drink from the pool bar from Faustino. So many staff made it such a great time I can’t name them all but truly had an amazing experience. Will return again.
