    A cheeky week away

    All good nice room nice staff very good quiet area … enough sun beds beach and pool… clean pool… and enough distance for some privacy beach and pool… Food was nice… The beach was nice but water inhabited by jelly fish… we think there used to be a net in the sea just a rope now … but we knew the sea was not blue already … but did not swim this time … but the pools are great for a cool off… then back to the beach!

    Amazing experience for our group of 8

    Wonderful trip. All staff was excellent. The entertainment crew were so fun and personable! They love their job and it shows! The buffet was excellent, as well as the restaurants and room service! Breakfast was amazing too. We had 4 rooms and although I wish we would have been closer together, it all worked out as we were in the same building just spread out. We love casinos and visited this one frequently. It was fairly busy and I feel adding some more slots would be a good idea! I truely have no complaints and would 100% recommend to anyone!

    Nice resort goid staff overall again Maria at guest experience was beyond wonderful and helpful friendly and just great.

    Maria our Concierge was amazing she handled everything for us. She truly is a stand out employee for you. We also loved Fabio at front desk and Santa or San at the lobby bar as well as Julio at beach bar. Some of your staff really stand out but overall staff was really good. Entertainment was just OK the 80s night was the best experience in Entertainment. I only wish for more English speaking staff and entertainment. Your property is very well maintained and clean. You are above and beyond on that area.

    EXCELLENT, The cleanest and nicest hotels, pools... amazing food, friendly service. We had the great time in this resort. Great stuff!!!     Great time to visit Dominican Republic

    We stayed at the ADULTS ONLY Luxury Bouganville 29th May-19th June 2025 which is a time of year we wouldn't normally go, but it turned out to be excellent weather. Been back to this resort 6 times since 2019 and highly recommend it. Re-met two couples that we'd previously met here at different times of year. The private beach is great to walk or jog on, but the sea isn't clear due to the river being close by and has some issues with stinging jelly fish. All the staff were friendly, a special mention to Marien (Quiet Poolbar) who's due to go on maternity leave in July, Isabel, Marjellen and Mario (Lobby bar), Adelline. Arlene and Carlos (buffet restaurant). Not forgetting Victor (current manager) who hopefully will make some upgrades/improvements to this beautiful resort, without losing any of it's friendliness and charm. If you want a relaxing and quiet. non pretentious holiday with a good variety of food and drink, and the potential to meet like mended people, then, this is the place for you.
