We had a wonderful experience at Cin Cin! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious, but what made our visit even better was the exceptional service from our waiter Irving—friendly, attentive, and professional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cin Cin review
We went to have dinner in CinCin, we where served by Irving. Irving was amazing, warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about his work. He offered thoughtful recommendations that elevated our meal and made us feel truly cared for. His service added a personal touch that matched the elegance of Cin Cin. A real standout and a credit to the team. He was the whole experience and the food was very nice :)

Irving was fantastic! Super friendly, helpful, and made great suggestions that we loved. He really took the time to make sure we were happy and comfortable. You can tell he loves what he does. Great experience all around. A true asset to the restaurant—service as refined as the cuisine itself.

Spice restaurants
Miguel was amazing! He put on a great show and made us all feel very special! I recommend him to anyone staying at the dreams jade resort. He made our night super fun and we all loved it. I would definitely go again it was a great experience!!!!!!

The resort was very nice and the rooms were clean, but we had no hot water in our shower. The food in the restaurants that we went to was really good. Spice was our favorite. The pools were great but you have to save chairs early in the morning if you want somewhere to sit. You're not supposed to do that but everyone does it. We were always at the adult pool which was nice and the servers were excellent. We stayed in a "preferred" oceanfront room so that we could go to the adult pool but we couldn't even see the beach from the patio because there was a concrete wall rather than glass surrounding the patio like in most of the other rooms. If you sat down, all you could see was the wall. My advice is if you want to go to the adult pool and reserve a preferred room, do not let them put you in Building 5. Our friends were in Buildings 6 & 7 (I think) and it was quite a walk to get to the adult pool. Unfortunately we didn't swim in the ocean due to the sargassum. That's not the hotel's fault though. All in all it is a beautiful resort with helpful & friendly staff. I'd go there again but would make sure I'm in the preferred area by the adult pool.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.
