Really friendly and attentive bar team in the lobby bar. I will single out Francisco, who worked the lobby bar during the day. Didn't even have to order, he would remember our drinks and deliver them to our table with a smile and friendly chat.

Dec 23, 2025Wonderful stay with amazing staff and a great vibe
We just returned from our stay at Dreams Jade, and we had a really lovely vacation. The property is beautiful and well maintained, our room was great, and everything felt clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The overall vibe of the resort is fun, relaxing, and welcoming. The beach is gorgeous, and the pools were one of our favorite parts. They were the perfect temperature and never felt too crowded. The staff truly makes this place special. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and warm. The service across the resort was excellent. The drinks were solid and the bartenders were quick and efficient. Special shoutout to Jorge, Roberto, and Hiram. They absolutely made our trip. They always kept our drinks full, remembered us night after night, remembered our drink preferences, and did it all with big smiles. They brought great energy and made us feel genuinely taken care of. The shows were fun, especially the fire dance, which was really entertaining to watch. As for the food, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t the highlight of the trip either. Some meals were better than others, and a few dishes were a little hit or miss. That said, there were always options available, and the restaurant service was consistently wonderful. One personal highlight that absolutely deserves a mention is the paletas. I was obsessed and could not stop eating them. I think I had six in one day and I regret nothing. Overall, Dreams Jade delivered a fantastic vacation with beautiful surroundings, great drinks, and truly outstanding staff. We would happily come back.

Enjoyable Stay with Some Room for Improvement
Overall, we have mixed feelings about the resort. The common areas, lobby, and restaurants are nice, updated, and very spacious, which made a great first impression. The Spice Hibachi experience was a highlight—the food was delicious, and the show was entertaining. Chef Miguel was very attentive and engaging, making the meal even more enjoyable. However, the rooms feel dated compared to the common areas and could use some updating. Booking Spice Hibachi was also not easy and required waiting in line. Despite these drawbacks, there were still some memorable experiences during our stay.

Hibachi restaurant in resort is amazing
Miguel at Spice restaurant was fantastic, have to be quick to get a reservation at this restaurant but well worth the effort.

Bar Moments Lobby Bar!!!
Ethan at Bar Moments is a knowledgable bar person and is a nice guy who takes the time to make you feel welcome... amazing service
