Our first time in the Dominican Republic coming from the UK and very glad we chose this hotel for our honeymoon. The service is amazing and we really had no complaints over the whole week. Rooms were nice and clean, lots of restaurants to choose from and the breakfast and lunch options were also great. Barreto was our concierge and was always around and available when needed. He threw in a few surprises for our honeymoon which was a nice touch, including a special room service breakfast and setting up the room with champagne and petals one night on the bed! Brilliant service. The coco cafe was another highlight and Alexandra made us the best iced coffees and milkshakes in there! Would definitely visit again in the future.

Great vacation!
Secrets Cap Cana is a wonderful resort. We highly recommend it. Room was really nice, the food at every restrurant was really good, great drinks and most importantly the staff was amazing. Always made you feel so special. Our concierge, Barreto, was amazing. He added so many special touches to enhance our stay.

Excellent resort with amazing service
Second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. A birthday celebration with my family which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our concierge, Alex, was excellent; he checked in with us regularly and arranged all of our restaurant bookings as well as a daily room service & any other requests. Madeline (by the pool) worked tirelessly to look after us & we really missed her energy & infectious laughter when she was on leave. The Entertainment Team were excellent in getting people to join in the many & varied activities, our faves were Scooby, Ice Cube, Rhianna (we love your “zero” dance) & also Sweetie - despite your crazy rules on playing darts 😂 We love our winning caps 🧢 The singers, musicians & dancers in the theatre shows are also very talented. Staff in all of the restaurants were attentive & always smiling, Thank you Anuery & Bienvenido. The hotel itself is fabulous, the lobby is a great socialising place & also the poolside bars. The rooms are spacious with a great balcony, gym is well equipped & spa centre worth a visit. Definitely recommend 😀

Perfect winter getaway in paradise
Beautiful resort, excellent service (special shout out to our concierge Alexander), great food, lovely room - this place has it all! We had such a great time walking on the beach and relaxing by the pools - the perfect winter getaway!

Secrets Cap Cana was excellent!!
The resort was excellent. Daniella from UVC was very accommodating. Our butler Anibal was the best we have ever had!! Excellent.
