Difficult to fault this hotel resort in any way. Staff go out of their way to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Most relaxing holiday we’ve ever had. Food is fantastic and cocktails also a real highlight. Rooms spotless and comfortable. All pools and beach area also brilliant. Special mention to our private concierge Julio, very attentive and kept us updated on all goings on daily at the resort. Also always on hand to help. Would love to return here in the future !!

Wonderful week at Secrets Cap Cana Resort
We spent a week around Thanksgiving at the Secrets Cap Cana Resort and had a wonderful time. For both of us this was the first time at an all-inclusive resort and we were pleasantly surprised. The seaside setting is really nice and the property is large enough for everyone to find their niche - be it poolside or at the beach. The variety of restaurants and quality of food is excellent. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff were exceptional. Our super friendly concierge Luis Valbrun checked in with us every day to make sure everything was OK, and was a great help in organizing our daily program. Lots of activities as well, from yoga classes to sailing/kayaking, and a variety of evening programs. Also given its easy flight access, we’ll definitely include the resort in our future planning of potential getaway locations. 🌞 😎

A remarkable Caribbean getaway
We left the frozen tundra of Wisconsin in December to have some wonderful time in the Caribbean. My brother is very fond of this property and I can see why. From the moment we were greeted, until the time we departed, the staff was remarkably attentive, courteous, and provided everything everyone could possibly need. A unique experience for me was having a personal concierge, and this case Jeison Calderone, who Shepherd through all the resort has to offer. The beach, the pool, a spa and my massage. Therapist are still fresh in my mind. If you have the opportunity, I would certainly advise that you take it and stay at this five star resort. Especially when things are like this:

Family Trip
My husband and I love Secrets Cap Cana! The employees is what makes this resort so special to us. They enjoy what they do and genuinely care about the people they serve and care for daily. Our butler Jeison Calderon took very good care of us during our recent trip. He checked in with us every morning and afternoon, sent us the daily Sundial which informs us of activities throughout the day and evening and also made our evening dinner reservations. He always made sure we had everything we needed.

Perfection in paradise
My partner and I just returned from the most magical week at Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa, where we celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary. If you’re looking for a luxurious, adults-only escape that feels like pure romance wrapped in Caribbean bliss, this is it. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to toast to 15 incredible years together – and the surprise upgrade made it unforgettable! From the moment we arrived in the exclusive gated community of Cap Cana, we were swept away. The resort is stunningly beautiful, perched on the pristine sugar-white sands of Juanillo Beach (often called one of the Dominican Republic’s most gorgeous beaches). Turquoise waters, swaying palms, and that endless horizon – it was postcard-perfect every single day. We had booked a Preferred Club Ocean View room, expecting gorgeous views and those extra perks (like exclusive lounge access and premium liquors). But upon check-in, the staff surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to an ocean-facing bungalow suite! Waking up to the sound of waves crashing just steps away, sipping coffee on our private furnished terrace with direct oceanfront views – it felt like our own little Caribbean casita. The suite was spacious, elegantly decorated with wooden accents, a plush king bed, dual rain showers, and every luxury detail. It elevated our anniversary to pure indulgence!
