Maggie and Alexis (who was in training) were absolutely extraordinary! They made our experience top notch and we were so thankful to have them throughout our stay. We came for our honeymoon and would go back every year if we could! We would come back to our room with rose pedals on our bed, chocolate covered strawberries, and always a full bucket of ice (my husband loves ice) and they recognized that and were always ready to help in any way. 10/10 would recommend them and this resort to anyone!! Thank you both for making our honeymoon so special!

We did not want to leave! lol. This was a birthday trip, it was also our first time in a resort. Our standards have been set real high. We were spoiled! Only reason I don’t give it a full 5 star rating is because we did think the food could have been a little better to match the resorts high standards. However the staff and overall experience made up for it. Other than that, we would 100% recommend and will most definitely be back 🥰.

Amazing resort with even more amazing staff !
I couldn't recommend this resort more, it exceeded my expectations. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I don't like to go somewhere twice but i'm strongly considering coming back next year.

Trs palladium vacation two weeks of fun
My two week vacation at trs palladium was awesome we meet a lot of people from different parts of the world …staff were wonderful the restaurants were great overall just a wonderful experience

My husband and I chose this hotel as a new adventure, from the time we arrived we were scammed and miss treated, the hotel never did anything to make us feel more welcome or to address our many concerns. I spent out whole vacation making formal complaints that went nowhere. I am very surprised at this experience and very disappointed at the same time.
