    Our stay

    First we showed up and got a room with a cracked door leading to the pool. It was a very big crack. We were told it’s fine. I think you guys need to add more things to do during the day and night. We went to see chic show was good but dinner was absolutely horrible. We told them multiple times we have fish allergy they still gave us fish. Then my husband definitely got food poisoning from something that night. After we left the show he was sick the last day here we stayed in room since he was throwing up and going to the bathroom nonstop

    El Gaucho

    Amazing!!! We had the best waiter, Oscar. El Gaucho was so great. They were extremely helpful and kind. The food was wonderful.

    Honeymoon

    We stayed for our honeymoon and start to finish couldn’t have wished for a better hotel! It was everything we expected and wanted from it! The staff could not do enough for you, or be any friendlier, all the big things, and the little things that make a trip memorable were done without hesitation! Hope to return one day, or try out some of the other resorts!

    Best service ever!

    Hey Alexis! Our butler was absolutely amazing! We were on a bachelorette trip and he made our stay so special. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable time. He was so attentive and made sure every little detail was taken care of. I wish I could take him back to Canada with me! We’re definitely coming back. Thanks a million, TRS and Alexis!

    Great Restaurant Experience

    Martha and Jeovany at Helios always did an incredible job of making us feel welcome and special at breakfast each day! Always remembering our drink orders and preparing a special treat for us on our last day made all the difference and our trip so memorable.
