    Fantastic All-Inclusive Expierence

    What a wonderful first resort to experience. From Check-in, to the drivers, to your butler, everything is so well catered to leisure, and everyone is so kind. Leo is the best driver! He’s a magician how fast he shows up. I’m convinced that Angel and Carlos are the top butlers in the entire establishment. Hernan is a wonderful magic show. The restaurants, the pools, the bars, all top tier and entirely inclusive! Chic Cabaret is intense, stargazing was beautiful, and the morning Yoga at the wellness center give you ways to energize in the mornings.

    Resort is dated and old, have to climb stairs to your room, food is average all restaurants, cockroaches in lobby, have been to a lot of hotels in Mexico. This one is average. Go somewhere else. Beach is below average - lots of sargasm and the water mostly brown

    Amazing stay

    The room was amazing but what was really special was the room service especially Gerardo who every night booked a time with us and always left something special for us, his attention to detail was fantastic , slippers by the bed , chocolate or honey as a gift, never before have I experienced such service

    First time but won't be the last

    Just returned from our first trip to TRS Yucatan. Stayed April 20th - 27th, 2025. We were celebrating our engagement and checking out the hotel for a potential wedding next year. We used Canada transfers for a private transfer to the resort and they were 10/10- definitely would recommend. Front desk customer service was a hit or miss depending on who you dealt with but mostly good to accommodate. The food was ABSOLUTELY unbelievable and everywhere we ate we were ALWAYS impressed 10/10. 5 star in our eyes. Our room was fantastic with a private pool. Clean clean clean and turn down service/ room service was fantastic. Our butlers ANGEL and CARLOS went above and beyond every single day for us and we are truly so grateful for them and their service. They really care about you and your needs and honestly we were just so impressed. We do have to do a special shoutout to HENRY our absolute favourite cart driver who every single day made our trip special. We will literally be returning to TRS just to see HENRY again. He went above and beyond. Exceeded all our expectations and was truly just the best human being we met on our whole trip. The pools were amazing, gardens and landscaping were breathtaking. We explored the other hotels adjacent and you can never get bored here with all the stuff to see and do. We have one true negative for our trip. And that is the photography company located at Grand Palladium white Sands and Kantenah called PHOTO PRO. We dealt with EDGAR and he was incredibly rude. Gave us one price for our engagement photos and once they were ready for purchase the price changed. He said he was the "manager" on site and laughed at us when we expressed our frustration about the price inconsistency. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services. It's easy to be charming when you are trying to sell people to take pictures with your company.. but to then scam people out of hundreds of dollars when it's time to purchase is ridiculous. Besides Photo Pro letting us down..we were completely satisfied with our trip and would recommend this hotel to friends and family!

    Great hotel with some downsides but a lot to commend it

    Amazing entertainment and food plentiful and of good quality. Lots of choice. Location ok but this is a resort experience and nowhere to explore locally. For this reason the beach was disappointing. Too much seaweed to swim. However the salt water pool on the beach was a clever alternative. Sports facilities impressive with an amazing number of sports available from tennis to mini golf. We used the well equipped gym every day. Big disappointment. We booked a suite with private pool. Room acceptable BUT no bath, only a shower and the pool was totally overlooked and nowhere to sunbathe. Staff were amazing. Really helpful and friendly especially our butlers.
