We have today returned from our honeymoon after having an amazing 2 week stay at the TRS Yucatan. Where to start . The hotel on first look is very Impressive , spotlessly clean and always smells incredible, like a luxurious spa. The staff are very friendly and so professional and nothing is too much trouble for them . We stayed in villa 71 and our butlers Itzel and Alexis were superb . They could not do enough for us , from booking our restsurants , refilling our supplies , running us Jacuzzis it was always with a smile on their faces. The pools are stunning, the restaurants are incredible with the most friendly helpful staff. The team of hostesses who work in the Helios bar mariam kayla gaby, ashley are so lovely and always greet you with a smile and a warm welcome, and always brightened our day with their chatter. This hotel is a little piece of heaven and we will be back soon and we highly recommend this hotel . Thankyou for making our honeymoon so memorable. 💗

TRS Yucatan excellent staff
2 week stay at this holiday staying in villa 63, our butlers were maykent & mafer Excellent service nothing too much trouble. Credit to TRS Yucatan. We went to the Chic Caberet Show where our waiter was Hector very professional and very friendly. The staff all over the hotel were all very friendly.

Amazing week here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an amazing time at TRS. We stayed one night at white sands but then upgraded to TRS when we became members of the palladium travel club. Jose Luis and Adrian went above and beyond to make sure we understood what we were signing up for. Israel and Susana at villa 65 and Jose y Jessica de 64 were so helpful and nice. Los chefs de La Jarra made some delicious food, always made the best ceviche. Luis at the PTC section was amazing, always had our spots reserved and made sure we were well taken care of. Alexis with entertainment and dinners was also amazing. We maintained communication with him during our whole stay! Ana at Capricho was one of the best! Always the best service and prepared our table with the best decorations and a cute desert when we left! Everyone at TRS was amazing, all the drivers, the bar tenders..they made our stay a 10/10. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this resort for 9 days and it was wonderful! Our butlers were excellent. If you’re adults, choose TRS!
If you do not have kids, I would suggest you to choose TRS! Food, service, drinks, experience- everything is better on TRS side. Do not miss out on their beach, it is a cart ride away but beach is beautiful. They have bar & food in the afternoon at the beach. Beach was a bit rocky but all you have to do is get pass a patch of rocks & you will be in ocean & swimming with angel fishes. You will so many fishes around you, it is beautiful to see. For food, all the restaurants are excellent on TRS side but my favorite was Mediterranean, then Italian, then french & lastly steak house! The best part was all the staff were very nice, polite & seemed happy to help you! Rooms were great! They also do room clean up twice a day. We were very happy with our maid service! Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great food, drinks, service, pool & entertainment. We will for sure be coming back. 😁

Excellent Place To Vacation
We had an excellent experience at the resort, they didn’t allow us to want or need for anything. Every request we made was fulfilled in a timely manner. The rooms were clean and restocked daily. The food was good and the drinks were cold.
