This was an amazing vacation! Tons to do or you can just relax. Every need is met expeditiously and with a smile! The food and drinks are plentiful and delicious!

Five-Star Experience All Around
I had an amazing stay! The resort was beautiful, the staff was so friendly and attentive, and everything was super clean. The food and drinks were great too — definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Cancún!

Fun and Relaxing Trip for My Husband's 50th
We had an amazing stay at Breathless Riviera Cancun! We splurged on a tropical swim-out room—room 3123, right off the Accelerate pool. The swim-out was a bit chilly at the end of October, but no big deal—we mostly hung out in the main pool anyway. The Xhale Club? Absolutely worth it. Hydrotherapy for two was bliss, the private bar and pool were perfect, and the staff… oh, the staff! They were unbelievably accommodating—always smiling, anticipating our needs, and basically making us feel like royalty. Need a towel? Done. Fancy a snack? Already there. Lost in the hotel? They’d probably carry you to your room themselves if you asked nicely. Food was a bit hit-or-miss. Silk City (Pan-Asian) and the buffet were our favorites. The French and Italian spots? A little too “mass-produced reheated vibes” for our taste. Entertainment was a mixed bag, but the cabaret, drag show, and Neon Human show were fantastic. Pro tip: the theater is small, so get there early unless you want to practice your contortion skills to see over the person in front of you. There were plenty of activities throughout the day. There was a party pool and a relax pool. You could not hear the party pool from the relax pool at all. They did play music and have some activities throughout the day. If you want TOTAL relaxation and quiet at the pool, you can stay at Seacrets next door and have all the amenities of Breathless, as well as an additional restaurant, Rosewater, at Seacrets. The Hyatt Inclusive App has everything you need to get around the resort and you can even place room service requests. It has a map, activities, menus, transfer links, etc. Our only negative was that our boss sent a bottle of champagne with a heartfelt note, but nobody that we spoke to knew anything about it. We opened our door after checking in and it was on ice. I inquired at Xhale Club to make sure it wasn't a mistake and that we wouldn't be charged extra if it wasn't included. (it was Veuve Cliquot, so not a cheap bottle!) The bottle is included if you book five nights or more but we were only staying 4. they assured us that we could just enjoy it with no additional cost We didn't find out until the next day when our boss contacted us and asked us if we received anything in our room. Small misstep, but embarrassed that our boss had to reach out! Overall, this trip was full of fun, sun, and staff who went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Definitely not a 5 Star resort, don’t go here if you want a good beach experience, very small beach area and water was not beautiful like most resorts in Cancun, wasn’t Sargassum, just no turquoise water. No premium liquor, liquor was very inconsistent from bar to bar..and no shots allowed at the swim up bars!!

Wedding
We had an amazing time as this resort! We went for our wedding and we stayed 7 nights! The food was amazing and the entertainment was outstanding! This was probably one of the best weeks of our lives, the only thing is that I think depending on your vibe in prime times like March break the party portion would be too much for us! But that being said it would Be amazing for people who love big crowds!
