I had a wonderful experience in Cancun, Mexico! My husband and I traveled for our wedding and had family and friends come out to celebrate as well. I would consider these days to be the best days of my life. We were all taken care of by the staff, especially our wedding planner- Araly Mendoza. Araly was very accommodating and patient considering the stress of planning a wedding. Everything came out wonderfully, and I would not have it any other way.

We had such a great time at this resort. All staff was very attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious and would recommend this place to everyone!

Nov 30, 2025Not a beach resort
For those hoping for a beach vacation, this is not the hotel for you. The beach is completely unusable as it is rocky and the water is murky, not the beautiful clear blue water you would expect. Not mention dozens of pelicans that have occupied the swim area that is enclosed because of seaweed but seems to be making the problem worse. The only real thing to do is hang out at the pool all day. I was extremely disappointed in this and found myself bored after a few days. It's also a small resort, which is good thing, yet trying to get into a restaurant was a huge hassle. Service is also extremely slow even though half the tables weren't occupied. Overall, resort was very clean and staff were very friendly outside of trying to eat. Would not recommend for an extended stay, as everything ends at 11p besides the night club and there are few options before that time for entertainment. Very opposite of every other Breathless Resort I have visited.

Can't wait to go back!
We went to Breathless Riviera Cancun to celebrate my husband's 30th Birthday, and we couldn't have picked a better place! Our entire group had the best time from day 1 until the minute that we left the resort. We were shown our rooms and how to properly use the lights and shower. Everyday that we came back from the gym and breakfast, the room was tidied up, bed cleaned, fresh towels, and stocked with new water bottles. We enjoyed the variety at the gym, and all the group fitness classes. We did yoga, pilates and barre all on the beach. We also participated in sand and pool volleyball almost daily. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful and got us engaged in all the entertainment. Our favorites were Andres, Manny, Pedro, Ivan, Eric, and Luis. Silent disco and the shows were the highlight of our trip. The cafe, buffet, and restaurants were all so yummy! Our guys at Spoon Restaurant hooked it up - Pascual, Felipe and Rafael, we will miss you guys! This is truly a place we are looking forward to coming back to! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful resort and view, fun and helpful staff, delicious food and drink, entertaining, relaxing, amazing!
Breathless Riveria Cancun was amazing! The atmosphere was so positive! The staff was attentive, so pleasant, and great fun! They anticipated our needs and were so helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The view was beautiful! Plus, you could not hear in the next room. The amenities of the Xhale Club was outstanding, the access to the club, drinks, snacks, and staff available. The food was fabulous with so many varieties of cuisine, and the pool drinks were delicious! We were entertained each evening with unique and fun productions. The size of this resort is the best; all of the restaurants together within walking distance of your room. It was an amazing anniversary vacation. So relaxing and so fun! THE BEST!
