    Going Above & Beyond

    We were in room 1259 for 2 days and our butler, José, was the best! He booked us on all our dinners and got special accommodations for activities. He went above and beyond when my sister lost her cell phone and he had people search and when it was found, he even picked it up and delivered it to the restaurant where we were having dinner. He knew the urgency of finding it before it died. For these, we are very thankful.

    Anniversary Trip

    We had an amazing anniversary trip at TRS Coral Hotel. The Hotel grounds are beautiful and kept immaculate. The stand outs are the employees who work so hard to keep all guests happy. We want to make special mention of our Butlers in building 1 who are amazing people .Eladio, Alexia and Taryk. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with all our needs and wants during our stay. We also want to thank all our servers who were amazing. They do their work with happy smiles and nothing is too much to ask. Tentazione Restaurant - Orlando La Boheme Restaurant - Axel and Jonathan El Gaucho Restaurant - Mario and Isaac Helios Restaurant - Braulio, Bavarian, Chef Nicola (Breakfast) Chef Carlos (lunch) and Amelia.     TRS - Tacos, Rum & Sadness

    Had high expectations - started off rough as Ebutler Karla did not communicate one request that I made in the wishlist so the whole staff had no idea. No hot water for two days, internet and tv get shut off the minute you wake up on the last day. Resort was pretty and well taken care of. Food was fine and beach was very nice. The actual people working were excellent and the butlers were helpful when on site. The room we got did not match the pictures and could not move us to the room in the picture (swim up beachside). In summary, we are going back to the Excellence resorts - I heard multiple people say this as well.
