    Beautiful resort, but even more beautiful employees! 🤍

    First of all, what an amazing, beautiful property. Staff work hard to keep the grounds taken care of and in wonderful shape. You can tell everybody who works there is a proud employee. The food was good, with El Goicho and the Asian being our top picks! Our trip was a few couples (no kids) and originally we worried that we’d be bored on the adults only side. We were so wrong! There truly is plenty to do without venturing to the family side. However, for a change of scenery, we did take a trip over there for the Chic show. Totally worth it… it blew our minds. The food wasn’t our top choice, but the entertainment was the best I have ever seen. Everybody was so incredibly talented and it was an honor to watch! All of the employees there work their butts off… it was honestly insane, and we cannot say enough good things about it. Also, a special shout out to our server Jorge! He was very attentive, friendly, and a proud employee. We also went to the Asian restaurant on the family side and were lucky enough to have Odon as our server. He guided us through the menu, gave suggestions, and answered all of our questions! My review also includes a special shoutout to Roger… our pool server. He knew when drinks were low, brought water without asking, made sure we were never hungry, and truly made us feel like we were friends. He was such a lovely individual and a delight to see everyday. We will all honestly miss him so much, and would go back to the resort for the service he provided us alone. He made it memorable! The last shoutout goes to our new friends… our butlers, Karime and Oscar. They are truly what made our trip top notch. Want a Bali bed? They got you. Recommendations on off resort activities? Here for that too. Heck, Karime helped me with the steamer. All of our reservations were made promptly. We got to eat everywhere we wanted and at the times we wished. They made us feel welcome when we first got there, sought us out at the pool to make sure things were going well, and constantly checked in to make sure our stay was good. If you can, I highly suggest requesting them as your butlers. We’ve never experienced better than what those two provided! Overall, an amazing experience.

    Excellent Resort , top notch services, friendly and accommodating staff , White Sand clean beach , yum food and drinks !!!

    Just wonderful!!! We Visited TRS Cancun Adult only resort to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary!! And whole experience is just wonderful and memorable ! Benjy and Jimmy were our butlers and super polite extremely helpful and always friendly!! They decorated our room so beautifully and made our anniversary celebration extra special ❤️. Next time when we visit we r staying only where they are assigned ....LOL! Jimmy even went an extra mile to look for my friend's lost phone. The resort is beautifully located , well maintained and modern and clean ! Rooms are nicely designed to maintain good privacy. So many good options for food and fine restaurants and Bars. Except our experience at Bhogali was really disappointing! 😞 What we ate is definitely not an Indian food and I feel sorry who aren't Indian and thinking that's how Indian food taste ...😔 This resort now makes on top of our list amongst all TRS resorts we have visited so far... Punta Cana, Mayan Riviera and Jamaica. We are coming back soon again !!!!!!🥰🎉

    A Blast!

    Really enjoyed this resort. Hanging out by the pool all day was the highlight. Tarek and Eduardo were extremely attentive. They answered my questions promptly and made sure I had everything that I needed.

    Butlers are the best!!

    Our Butlers at TRS have been exceptional! They helped us do everything we needed, were easy to contact, and attentive to our needs. Any problem possible was resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you Linda and Windam! 2360 is very happy! 😊

    My Stay in TRS Hotel

    The overall stay at Hotel is good. There are some minor issues to be improved, however, such as better communication, room facilities and etc.
