Rooms lovely, resort very modern, service fantastic at all times. Food was exceptional but my only criticism would be that at times it could be served a tad hotter. Alex the pool butler was fantastic throughout our stay as was Antonio at the pool bar. Our butlers Jesus and Naysin done all they could whenever called upon to make our stay more enjoyable. Pedrito served us at breakfast and lunch multiple times and he was brilliant, always smiling and ensuring we were happy. I think there could be a bit more entertainment at the pool in the day but other than that the entertainment was enough for us. We had concerns about getting sick before we came but had no issues at all, we brought our own yeti cups for the pool, sanitised our hands regularly and took probiotics daily.

Relaxing week!
We had a great week at TRS. Our butlers Jose and Fernanda were very helpful throughout the week and ensured anything we asked was taken care of. All the servers and employees around the resort were very friendly and we were greeted constantly. They make you feel truly welcome. The food was very good at the restaurants. Isla Blanca was our favorite for breakfast and Poseidon for lunch (huge buffet and lots of seafood there). The TRS pool was amazing. Visit Gravity Sky Bar while it’s still light out to see the view! The only other suggestions I would have to make it even better is to trim the bushes at the end of the TRS pool so you can see the ocean. The water is a beautiful turquoise blue! It would make the view even better. There were also no benches or places to sit around the resort. There were several times I wanted to sit and just take in the view, as the grounds are very well maintained and pretty. Could also use them between the buildings while waiting for a cart or for friends and family.
