    Went to the beach had great food went fishing and visited the island

    Very professional and friendly services, amazing food and beach. Lots of activities and great night life. Special thanks to the bellboy Henri, he greeted me with awsome character and informed me of any questions I had on my arrival. 👍

    Very nice hotel, 4 star not 5

    The staff here is amazing and what makes the hotel great. Almost all are very nice and the ones who really stood out most were Priscilla at check in, Arturo, Antonio at Helios, Erick at Capricho, and Roberto. And of course our butlers Garbriel, Itain, Ulises, Brayn, who helped us with our reservations at the restaurants which are a must. Try to take care of that first, or you will end up at one of the buffets which are not edible. Some of the food looks (and tastes) like yesterdays leftovers, seriously. The a la carte restaurants are pretty good, definitely better than most all inclusives. The beach was beautiful, with just a small bit of sargassum here and there, not an issue and whatever did wash up, was raked up pretty quickly. We were there first week in February.
