Have just returned from 2 weeks staying at Aquamarine and had an amazing holiday, we have stayed here twice before and find the service food and entertainment first class. The general manager Rolando is a great person who goes above and beyond to help out with any issues and help with restaurant bookings. We tried several of the Al a carte restaurants and enjoyed them immensely especially El Olivia where we were extremely well looked after by Sanfrisco and his team. Eduardo and the staff in the buffet also deserve a special mention and we honestly felt like we were part of the family. Juan the waiter from the pool bar was a bundle of energy all day and kept the drinks coming and was always friendly. Only slight negative was that some of the rooms look a little tired but are kept very clean by the excellent housekeeping staff and I’m sure that there is a program of refurbishment in operation. Will definitely be returning soon and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

A very nice week
Hello, I went to the Bahia Principe Aquamarine and I absolutely loved my trip. There are 12 restaurants on site — it’s truly excellent, a genuine five-star experience. The breakfast and lunch buffets are very complete; you don’t miss a thing. The customer service is outstanding, and all the staff are kind. My room was superb and very well cleaned. My negative points: the bar around the pool is quite poor — it gives off an unpleasant smell, similar to vomit, and the flooring around the pool is mediocre.

Best experience in my life. Unlimited food and drinks!!
Wow. I have traveled the world. This by far was my best experience!! Great service. Friendly staff. Very clean. Well worth all the experience. The employees work to ensure the best guest experience. I can only imagine the Privileges Upgrade gives you? Thank you for the best 6 days in October!! I will be back soon. The hard work from the staff should be rewarded Please!!

Absolutely a perfect vacation - staff were incredible 👏
Excellent location and beach but even more amazing staff! We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and our room was decorated for the occasion! We went to MEAT for supper and they decorated our table, sang to us and even had a special dessert - amazing!!! Loved every minute of this vacation!

We had A great time
Everyone was very helpful. The weather was great and we meet alot of people. I would diffentley go back to this resort again. We had a private sub to take us from the airport to the resort. We went for walks every night as the resort was easy for us to find our way around
