  Service with a Smile

  My family (wife, two kids) and I stayed to the Comfort Suites Paradise Island resort from June 1, 2025 through to June 10, 2025. We originally booked there because of an emergency with our home and extended the stay throughout my son's birthday. The staff were very accommodating. Overall, the experience with the staff and management was astounding, they each went above and beyond for my family during the stay. Thank you to the following team members who contributed to our delightful visit (listed in no particular order) Darren Dean, Bronson Sands, Luann, Sonia, Juliette, Andranique, Rio, Sony, Ms. Taylor, Ms. Burrows, the security teams, the IT team, housekeeping teams and the team at Crusoes. The premises was very clean and secure.

  Dont Count on A Microwave and Get your $100.00 back at check out.

  I stayed there for my wedding anniversary. Before we checked in, I requested a microwave. We have a special diet, and it would have been a plus to have one, but not a necessity. We were promised to have it in our room. It was in our room, and we requested it again. Actually, we requested for 3 straight days, and it never arrived. Also, I gave $100.00 deposit cash at check in and was told it would be returned if no damages were done. I forgot to request it at checkout because the bus transfer was coming but I was not even reminded about it and was not provided a receipt at check out. The gentleman that checked me out just said there is "nothing else" and just walked away without giving me a receipt or even saying thank you for your stay. When I arrived home, I noticed 3 charges totaling $300.00. I called the Comfort Inn Suites after I got back home. They said they would investigate. I was told by the shift manager it would be credited back to my credit card in 45 business days. This is not acceptable to wait so long when i paid US $100.00. They can just send me a check. Also, I was not contacted back about the other charges that appeared on my card. I provided a 2-star review because the rooms and decor were comfortable. If it were not for a John Legend concert and the fabulous time at the Atlantis Hotel which is accessible by staying at the Comfort Inn I would have given 1 star.

  Weekend Experience

  The reception was good. Appealing decor. The staff was good. The full breakfast had lots of choices. Had lunch but was not impressed with the lunch. Had the hamburger with fries. Burger was under cooked and the fries was not tasty. But the setup was really nice. The room was good. Although it have outdated decor. However, the carpet in the hallways and meeting rooms were not pleasant in scent. It smelled really moldy.

  It was an easy check in and out.

  The stay was restful. The breakfast was on point. I would have like a little more options from the fry food but other than that it was good. The room was clean the bed was really comfortable. Complimentary items were a nice addition to the room and I do appreciate it. The team was very pleasant.
