Apr 28, 2025Our trip was celebrating my nieces 40th birthday with a girls trip! Staying at beach and pool was outstanding!
The entire stay & staff at Fiesta Americana Condesa was superb! From the wait staff, to housekeeping, to pool staff & salon staff everyone was excellent. Amazing meals at KALMIA restaurant which is their breakfast and dinner buffet! Viva!

Apr 28, 2025Do not stay here - unless you don’t like to shower
Stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel showers didn’t have enough pressure and to make it even worse the last day I woke up to a no-water issue in the entire hotel. The worst part wasn’t having water because things happen, is how the hotel responded to the guest's concerns instead of offering a discount rate for the day or free breakfast or lunch they just gave us a water bottle and told us they were working on it. We couldn’t enjoy the last day of our vacation because the hotel didn’t care about the guest experience. I would not recommend any Fiesta Americana hotel

Great services throughout and even better and helpful staff like Eladio and the crew. Definitely would come back again and recommend any couples and/or families as there are mucho activities and fun for all ages and backgrounds. Great calamari at the Ceviche spot

Fun for a wedding
The staff was very friendly and attentive, always had a smile and willing to talk and ask about our day. Here are some names: Henry Gomez Eladio Geovani Jafa Marco Guadalupe Everyone was always ready to help us with anything and gave recommendations daily.

Clean accommodations, AC worked well. Nayeli and Eladio at buffet, Angel at Thai, Osvaldo for beach drink server were all friendly and attentive to our needs. Massage on beach with Bridgette and Veronica was wonderful. Lunch opened at noon at all locations so you have an hour between breakfast and lunch to wait. Bars open at noon. Ocean was beautiful, good beach area.
