Clean property with some of the best service and friendliest staff at all the food, Buffett, and restaurant spots. The gym was the nicest as well with high end Technogym equipment with a small outdoor functional zone. The Buffett manager, Eladio aka El Capitan', was always so accommodating for food allergies and best in class service. We also loved Sebastian at the Mexican restaurant. Saulo leading most of the entertainment/activities was hilarious and fun. We wish there were more shows for night time entertainment, but overall fantastic experience. Thanks!

We enjoyed our time at the fiesta Americana Condessa.. The resort is very clean and the people working here are exceptional. Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only disappointment was on our first full day there were no activities during the day. There were multiple activities on the website to participate but no one showed up to lead them. The rest of the week was fine. Things to do through the day if you wanted. Shout out to Saulo and David for the activities. They were very fun to interact with. I'm the restaurants, Eladio, Heraclio, Manuel, Nayeli and Magdalena in the buffet and Sebastian in the Mexican restaurant. They went above and beyond for us.

A very relaxing trip!
We had a wonderful time at the resort, we were a little sad there were no nighttime shows or entertainment at the pool over the weekend Saturday or Sunday but during the week the people were amazing and we had a bunch of fun. Eladio was amazing and always remembered my husbands restrictions and brought him avocado, very friendly and personable. We had a blast with Saulo and David for trampoline class and water aerobics and the activities when they started.

Great hotel and staff
15 minute drive from airport. Cozy atmosphere. Clean well kept rooms and property. Very sound proof rooms. Excellant service and very friendly staff. 2 nice size pools, also right on beach

Amazing dining
We had a amazing experience at the dining tables, Eladio the manager was excellent with me and my wife he looked over us for all our needs, my wife is vegan and he made it so easy for us to find food for her. He can run this whole hotel by himself. I see why he’s the manager. He’s staff are all on point to he’s directions. Heraciio,antonio,magda, celesta were all super polite and understanding our needs. Great staff #1 in my book Thank you all for great experiences
