  Much better in Cancun

  Awful resort in Cancun, full of low-middle class drunk Americans. Rooms smell like in the hospital. Bad insonority (you « enjoy » parties from hotel nearby). Bad experience with the spa (Ruth), which offer you a « promotion » for last minute appointments (2 massages for $250) but you finally have to pay $261 « because the conversion rate had changed »… Another bad experience with the Laundry Service. I asked (written in the laundry note) to have all my stuff folded (as I had a plane just after my laundry is back) but everything came back on hangers… All inclusive resort but food and drinks selection are so low quality they have better to slightly increase the price to upgrade the quality… I dont understand how this very old fashioned resort can be rank #4 hotel in Cancun… Won’t be back

  Truly Top‑Notch Hospitality

  my wife and i travelled here with a 2 year old and a 7 month old, we stayed in the family suite - which was an amazing room, oceanfront and provided ample space for us to manage having nap times playing in the room. because of this room, we got to be in touch with Maggie, our butler. Maggie is an incredible worker, and bent over backwards for us when our 7 month old was tragically admitted to the ICU. Maggie did everything she could to make our unfortunate luck the least stressful it could be. She hooked us up with Fabian, a really slick fella who was more then happy to take us back and forth to the hospital and wait on us. for the days we could enjoy as a family in full health, we loved the resort. my daughter had a blast on the waterslides. there was always seating on the beach and pool. the workers at the kids club are phenomenal with the children and provided fun activities for them. my daughter talked about feeding the fish and getting her face painted for days. food was excellent, better then I've had on other resorts. the Italian restaurant was particularly delicious. the steak house was great too despite very expensive we were served by the pool by a fella named JJ. he wore a duck on his hat and was quite the goof ball. hard worker and happy to run around getting us drinks and food. i believe he has worked there for 26 years and deserves recognition for his work our room was always cleaned really well, and we were happy with the cleanliness all around the resort. we would love to return one day and i will recommend this resort to anyone

  Excellent pick of resort

  Everything was spectacular! Let and Minerva in the spa were excellent. Yesenia at the concierge was helpful and Oscar out at the pool kept the drinks coming whether he was in our area for the day or not. Even though the steakhouse on site charges it was worth it.

  An escape from the snow

  Eladio, Manuel, Claudio, Mayeli, and Magui took great care of us every morning at breakfast. Also I booked 2 massages with Mierva. We really enjoyed our days at the spa!

  Great stay ever

  What a great experience my family and I had Eladio was always a fun interaction and made sure my family was always together. When it came to the service Heraclio delivered phenomenal service Nayeli, Celeste and Magda were there to help out which we were really blown away by how this place took care of us will definitely be back. Room service was always on it front deck always helped out and Uriel always was able to get us transportation to where ever we wanted. Wish I could give a 100 stars
