Amazing hotel entertainment team was amazing especially Esteban and Andrew would recommend 10/10. Had lots of activites throughout the day with prizes and were really friendly. Also the beach is to die for

gorgeous resort! perfect for the family
the beach was gorgeous, drinks were good, the rooms were clean, and the beds were SO comfy. the buffet was also great- they had grilled calamari every day, amongst other good stuff. shoutout to esteban, he was a sweetheart and made sure we had a great time. the mixology class was free and fun + delicious. would definitely recommend for a family trip.

Great family vacation experience
Fantastic experience! Their food is perhaps the best I’ve had out of all beach vacays I’ve been on (10+). Great ocean view and pools. The staff (Esteban especially) are so awesome! Fun activities, friendly service… I also have to mention that their DJs have very good music taste.

Great family resort!
Stayed for 6 days over new years. Great celebration and wonderful staff. The resort is great for families and the staff's friendly and engaging disposition makes everyone feel welcome. Arael and Paola were the first ones to greet us and made a great first impression. Eladio at the buffet treated our little girl like a princess, Enrique at the bar always had a contagious smile on his face at all times and the event animator was fantastic.

This was a disappointing experience for our family. We booked two rooms specifically so we could be close to each other or have connected rooms. Instead, we were placed far apart, which made it difficult and stressful, especially with a child sleeping in a different room. Additionally, the Ocean View we paid for was misleading. One room had no sea view at all, and the other faced ongoing construction within the hotel, with only a limited side view of the ocean. This is not what most travelers expect when booking an Ocean View room. Customer service responses were generic and did not resolve the situation while we were there. Given the price and reputation of the hotel, this was not the level of experience we expected. I would not recommend this hotel to families who value being together or expect a true ocean-facing room.
