    Great Service from Entire staff

    We just returned home from our visit with two other couples. This property was far above others in many ways. 1. The service we received is top notch. I did not find one employee that didn’t smile, greet or ask if they could help us in any way. Great communication!! We had a personal concierge. Christian made our stay perfect. He helped in anyway possible with again great communication. Please ask for him if your stay includes one. AAA+++ Christian!! Good Job Sir!!! 2. The appearance of the resort is always clean. Whether in your room, restaurant or the grounds itself it is well maintained. 3. Restaurants had good food in the à la carte options as well as the buffet. Breakfast was the best for me. Did notice the evening buffet choices was the same thing every time we did go. They should do different themed evenings to give it a different twist. 4. Beach/Pool. Yes the beach had some seaweed but you are by large body of water and it will happen. The resort can’t control it so don’t get mad at them. They do have a tractor with rake that it cleans it every other day. Great white sandy beach. The pool area was fun. Lots of activities if you wanted to participate. Swim up bar has two hard working bartenders (forgot the names). Always moving and never had to wait long to get a drink. We also had a great server JJ. Make sure you’re in his section when your in the Sun loungers. He will make your day. He has a yellow bird attached to his hat. The main lobby bar was really loud in my opinion but it is what it is. Alma was our favorite server. Great smile and very polite. Always tentative to making sure our drinks were full. Overall this resort should be on your list to visit. We have to many others and this one is on the top ours Well done Team Fiesta!! 😎😎

    Fabulous!

    Very fun and welcomed with open arms ! I would go again! Highly recommended for those who love to dance and watch cool performances as well.

    Great food and friendly people

    Incredible service throughout the whole resort especially within the restaurants. Eladio was extremely friendly and provided great service. Along with Nayeli and Celeste. Food was incredible.

    Wonderful Time during our stay

    Eladio at the self service restaurant very gentleman and working hard to service the guests , ladies at coffee shop always smiling, Campos in the lobby - always gave us good directions to the city and our. Shopping need . I cannot say enough of nice things about these hardworking people with no expectations for return. Excellent hospitality. Everyone is taking ownership with lots of pride . Great customer service and everyone work hard to make your stay fun and pleasant.
