I’ve had the most wonderful experience one could ask for coming to this resort. The food and hotel were amazing. But what stood out the most was the excellent customer service we received from the hotels staff. Un gran salute especialmente par Eladio,Jose,Manuel,Antonio,Nayeli,Mayra, y Elena. Una abrazo grande con mucho amor para Francesca en el cafe y Cesar que los preparo una cena romantica en la playa. These people made my trip worth every cent I spent on my vacation this year. Because of this service I will definitely come back and recommend my friends and family to visit this resort. Please make sure you recognize the staffs effort to make us feel at home. The hospitality was stellar! Thanks again for making our trip memorable. ❤️

Another great family vacation!
This was our third time here, and we still love it. The service is great, food is good and the atmosphere is fantastic for families. Big shoutout to Eladio, Jose Manuel, Antonio, Nayeli, Magda, and Elena in the Market. They took care of us all week for breakfast. Eladio is fantastic with our boys, they absolutely love him. Another shout out to JJ and Tomas out by the pool. Thank you to everyone to another great trip. See you in March!

Fiesta Americana
This was such an amazing vacation for our family of 9!! I honestly couldn’t ask for anything better. Pedro at the bar took care of us the entire time, we didn’t need to ask for anything! Guadalupe is such a friendly familiar face with the best service as well. Eladio, Orlando, Manuel, Nayeli, Magda and Cristian S were our waiters throughout our week long stay and every single person has given the most excellent service.

Highly recommend staying here for great service especially bartender Pedro best service very friendly.
Good food really good service everywhere. Some names of people with good service Eladio, Cristian Solano, Orlando, Manuel,Nayeli,Magda. And bartender Pedro had excellent service very approachable and friendly with conversation.
