    Great stay ever

    What a great experience my family and I had Eladio was always a fun interaction and made sure my family was always together. When it came to the service Heraclio delivered phenomenal service Nayeli, Celeste and Magda were there to help out which we were really blown away by how this place took care of us will definitely be back. Room service was always on it front deck always helped out and Uriel always was able to get us transportation to where ever we wanted. Wish I could give a 100 stars

    The hospitality, friendliness and genuine care from everyone at this resort is truly heart warming.

    The hospitality at this resort was top tier. Everyone from the front desk, to the servers, custodians, and pool side attendees. We were attended to quickly and happily. I’d come back here over and over again. A shout out to Eladio, Manuel, Claudio, Magui and Nayeli. Thank you for providing such a great experience to my family and I.

    Best resort in Cancun

    Pros: Great staff, amazing food, clean and comfortable rooms. Cons: no food after 10 pm. They could have more entertainments at evening time.

    Will not recommend it

    This was a terrible experience. 1) Construction noise: There is extremely loud construction noise from the neighboring hotel starting at 8:00 a.m. and lasting all day. It feels like a war zone. This construction has clearly been ongoing for some time, yet the hotel continues to sell these rooms without proper advance notice or offering a meaningful discount. When we complained, the receptionist told us we were the fifth guest that day to raise the same issue. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told the manager was not in and would only arrive in the afternoon - meaning we had to work around their schedule rather than receiving timely assistance. The only solution offered was a room in another building with a worse view, requiring us to pack and unpack again - hardly acceptable given the circumstances. 2) Missing belongings: I lost personal belongings inside my own room. It is very concerning, as only housekeeping or staff with room access could have entered. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told they would “check lost and found and get back to me.” This response is completely inappropriate given the seriousness of the situation. 3) Lack of activities: There are very few entertainment or activity options available. Overall, the hotel feels poorly managed. I would not recommend Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun to anyone.

    Great family friendly place!

    The food was amazing and the staff is excellent! Delicious omelettes and chilaquiles. Must try. Eladio, Nayeli Celeste, Manuel Alberto, Hagdier, and Heracio provided personalized service and made my family feel welcomed.
