The best Resort in Cancun! Hands down! Love everything about the place. Front desk to janitors, all amazing people!
We love the food, views, staff and everything in between! If you’re looking for a relaxing and still fun spot look no further. All of the food and drinks are top notch. You couldn’t be treated any better. Only a 20 min drive from the Cancun Airport! It is the best and easiest resort in the hotel zone. Some staff have been there for 20+ years and it shows! They are great people and workers.

Best service ever!
We have been to multiple resorts here in Cancun and by far this is the best all around service! Our waiter Antonio was on top of everything! Never having to ask for refills clean plates and utensils. I genuinely feel like I’m visiting family! Eladiao was amazing as well! He sat us down and chatted with us like family! He even helped us out with our stay!! We will definitely be coming back!

Eladio was amazing he checked on us daily and he had the absolute best customer service this experience made us feel like family and I will not go to any other resort. Anthony and Enrique the servers at the Buffet were spectacular.

I thought the service at the buffet was absolutely fabulous. Our waiter Enrique was amazing he we on top of everything. Bringing things that he didn't need to. Bringing drinks when not asked to. Even did a little show for us which was amazing and delicious I was absolutely stunned. Would definitely recommend.
