    Relaxing Getaway

    We had a great week at the Platinum Yucatan Princess. Javier the Bell Boy was incredible. So kind and really great service. Always smiling and asking if we needed anything. Bryan at the Yucatan Buffet Restaurant is the best server here. He is attentive, always knew our drink orders and had fantastic sound effects. Definitely request his section if you want a great dining experience. The a-la-cart restaurants were all so good. No complaints about the food whatsoever. We liked that you didnt need reservations for them. Getting a table was a slow process but I think its due to lack of efficiency and not a reservation issue. The buffet was decent but I wouldn't say it was amazing. They have a variety of options for you to choose from.

    Best Playa Resort Around!

    The service at this resort is top notch! Enrique and Amaury are incredible, they were so helpful and two of the friendliest bellhops ever. So thankful that they were there, they helped us out so much with everything from luggage, taxis, giving rides in the carts, even to recommending what to do for the day! We stayed for ten days and had so much fun. The pools are fantastic, David and Jovita at the poolside bar by our honeymoon suite were amazing as well! Some of the best bartenders. Everyone is so friendly - the staff really is the best. They keep everything so fresh and clean too. I got sick at one point and needed to see the on-site doctor, Maximaliano at the concierge desk had the doctor in my room in 20 minutes and my meds delivered so quickly, I didn’t have to worry about a thing, they took care of me from start to finish. Everything was a breeze at The Platinum Princess. Entertainment was also great! The nightly shows are a blast. Honeymoon Swim Out Suite is WORTH IT!!!! We will definitely be back.

    Best service and time!!

    We had the best time and the best service. Had the most amazing service from Enrique and Amaury! They were so sweet and helpful. I hope they are here when we come back! Cause we WILL be back! PS.. Honeymoon suite was totally worth it!

    50th Birthday Extravaganza

    Came to this resort for a 50th birthday. The staff was absolutely incredible and amazing our doorman Israel was super friendly and accommodating for our family members. Highly highly recommend this resort and stop by to say hi to Israel if you can!!!!
