    Mar is part of the entertainment team. She is beautiful, we love her.

    We had seen recent comments about the archery and rifle classes with the animation girl Mar, and we were really amazed at how fun a rifle shooting class can be. Mar is a wonderful girl, everything she says is funny, she made us have an unforgettable experience. We came back but she was no longer teaching the class today. Very good work.

    Awesome place to stay, the staff was great.

    We had a great time. Our waiter Bryan was awesome. Always very attentive and always remembered our name. Isreal at the front service never failed to tell us hello and call us by our name. He was awesome. Enrique always remember us and was always polite. These guys were outstanding and made our stay more enjoyable.

    Enjoy your vacation. Thank you, Platinum Yucatan Princesses. It was a week full of energy. We loved every moment. The entire entertainment team was always so energetic. An unforgettable experience. You have to go with the rifle shooting instructor, Mar. She's great. An incredible girl, always smiling and with contagious energy in all her activities.

    Great resort. You won't regrete it.

    When we 1st got there we were greeted by Enrique the bellhop who greeted us, and welcomed us to the resort. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful. He directed us to registration, and we were registered by Jorge. There was a little mix up with our room location, but he took care of it for us. Then proceeded to ask us in so many words for a tip for for helping us. He was going to get a tip for helping us, but that was a big turn off for us. He got nothing. That was the only strike. Then we went to concierge, and met with Maximiliano (MAX). He was that biggest help ever. He ordered us 2 scooters to get around the resort which were very helpful for us. He got my wife a lounge chair for our little patio outside our room because the one's there are to low. He made my birthday special by having our decorated with balloons, a birthday cake, and bottle of champagne for me. What ever we needed he bent over backwards to help us. The entertainment staff was great from Gordon Ramsey, Joni Hot Chocolate, Rhamses (Mexican Magic Mike), Mar, Tania, Luna, Betto, and Malu. They as well made my birthday special. Jon the hot chocolate had the Mariachi's sing for me on my birthday before the show. Every time they would see us we were always greeted by 1st name with a smile. They kept everyone entertained all day everyday. The entertainment was awesome. They work hard at what they do, and do it they well. Armando the waiter in the buffet was the best. We stayed away from beach due to the seaweed smell along the beach. Effected all the resorts. Older gentlemen greeted us everyday for breakfast, and had our drinks on the table as we were being seated. Always on point with everything, and did it with a smile. The buffet has something for everyone. Dinner was different everyday. The Rodeo grill was the best, the Habachi was excellent, the pools side tacos, hotdogs, and hamburgers were good. Missed out on Italian resturant. The rooms were cleaned every day, fresh towels, clean sheets. Bartender Ediberto was great with the drinks. Javier Reyes the bell boy was always a great help. Just about every employee there greeted us by name. We were well known by the time we left. Love this resort. He will definitely be back to this resort. Don't listen to the reviews of people who didn't like anything. Experience it for yourself. See you soon. Sam G.

    Panoramic views & Geniune Vibes

    ENRIQUEEEE THE BELLHOP/BOTONES ES FANTASTICO! He made sure my friend and I had a great time. Took photos and had great energy. I also loved the lifeguards as both my friend and I injured our feet , yahir denise & Cristina made sure we were okay. We really appreciated that. All the staff are very inviting and genuine, special shout out to the entertainment team as they continued to dance in the hot sun like Gordon Ramsey & Tanya & Luna. Beautiful resort Panoramic views. Do not come during seaweed season as you can’t swim in the beach but the pools make up for it. Book now!
