  Sad Vacation Experience

  So on my 1st day the room was not ready for 3:00p check in, then all of the beach chairs and pool chars are old and broken which is unacceptable for a Hyatt Brand Property. This place is dated, there is no water pressure in the rooms and the sink was stopped up and the bartenders have no personality. Would not recommend this place I like most of you work hard for there money and don’t go on vacation to deal with these kind of issues.

  Good place for relaxing

  From the moment we arrived at Dreams Hotel, everything lived up to its name. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming—staff greeted us with smiles and a refreshing drink, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. We had a sea view balcony, which made every morning feel like a scene from a travel magazine. The bed was plush, the bathroom spacious, and housekeeping did a fantastic job daily. One of the best parts of our stay was the all-inclusive food and drink. The buffet was varied and delicious, with international options and local favorites. We also tried the à la carte restaurants and were blown away by both the quality and presentation. Don’t miss the seafood night! The pool area was well-maintained with plenty of loungers, and the entertainment staff kept things lively without being intrusive. If you're looking for relaxation, the spa is a must—professional service and great treatments.

  Good place and nice Beach for snorkeling

  This is our first time in Dreams hotel and the check in process was not slow. The staff service was excellent and the rooms were just fine. Food is great and the beach is a good spot for relaxing and snorkeling. So if you are considering staying just give it a try it's a nice place.

  Worst Hotel Experience

  I’m writing this review after having one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at Dreams Curaçao Resort, Spa & Casino. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a week of frustration, disappointment, and unsanitary conditions. Not only was the stay horrific, but I’ve also been struggling to get a refund, and the hotel has been ignoring my attempts to contact them. Here’s what I experienced during my stay: *Roaches walking around the lobby bar *Multiple broken machines in the gym *Gym towels were orange but stained black *Pillowcases had holes in them *Sheets, towels, and washcloths were consistently dirty and stained, even after requesting replacements every single day *The housekeeping manager admitted the laundry was not being cleaned properly *When we asked for ice, we were told the staff was too busy and had to get it ourselves—only to find the ice machine was broken *The window shade was stained and full of holes *Found random strands of hair (not ours) on the floor and in the bed *Asked to speak to a manager and were told she was “in a meeting” and to “come back tomorrow” — completely dismissive As for the dining experience: *Staff often had no idea what food or drinks they were serving *At World Café, food was left uncovered and birds and insects were diving into the trays *Flies on the fruits and bread made it impossible to eat *World Café closed between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. meaning we couldn’t get breakfast or lunch at all during that time *Requested champagne in the room and were denied because we weren't "Preferred Members," even though we got champagne at the bars just fine *Room service fries arrived with visible dirt or some unidentified substance on them To top it all off, after checking out early and moving to another hotel due to how awful our experience was, the hotel has been unreachable. I tried contacting Hyatt directly and was told they don’t handle payments or billing, which makes no sense for a property under their brand. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, with the most incompetent management and untrained, careless staff I’ve encountered anywhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid Dreams Curaçao at all costs

  Wonderful-Just go and see for yourself:)

  Definitely go here!! The island is beautiful, the people are wonderful and its culture/and history are one of a kind. The staff namely Gigi made our stay WONDERFUL. Gigi went ABOVE and beyond for us. She recommended that we rent a car, took the time to show us how to navigate our way around the island so we wouldn't miss an experience...,She planned our day trips to the best beaches & all the things "not to miss" the island had to offer. Gigi shared all her knowledge about her island and its history. I have to say we all came home educated and even more interested about Curacao. She had us so HAPPY and we couldn't ask for anything more as we traveled as a party of 9 ranging from 7 years old to 79 years old.
