Star Camp is free and part of the all-inclusive experience at Iberostar and features more than 140 age-based activities based on the approach and theory of multiple intelligences, which advocates personal growth through cooperation.

Very unpleasant experience. I will never comeback this place. The beach is full of Sargaso and the personal on this resort are very unprofessional. Not good place for American.

This review may be a bit long. That’s because there are a ton of people that have all done an incredible job to make this one of the most memorable vacations that my wife and I have ever had. We have been an Iberostar club member for over 10 years. Every year that we travel and stay at an Iberostar resort is always an adventure. But, this one has been far more than just an adventure it has been an absolute incredible experience. Let’s start with a huge thank you to Helena Santos the director of the Hacienda Dominicus who set the foundation of this incredible experience. Albenis!! She orchestrated everything. We have known Albenis for over 5 years. We can’t imagine taking a vacation without her. There is nothing that she can not handle. Before you can even ask, she will have it in front of you when you open your eyes. Like I said. There are a ton of people that all made our head spin with their incredible service and hospitality. Thank you all and please forgive me if I missed anyone. . Manuel, Beach prestige, David, Restaurants captain Merary, beach and light house captain. Pamela prestige buffet. Victor prestige buffet. Exellent experience
We vacationed at this resort in April and I can leave only positive feedback.Service and food were above our expectations.Very clean beach with crystal water ,many sun loungers ,very friendly staff who try to do everything for a great vacation.I read a lot of responses and was a little worried because I didn’t know who to trusted until I saw everything with my own eyes.We were very pleased with the experience and plan to return again in August, I advise everyone who reads the reviews , believe me , this is a great place for vacation .Thanks to all the staff for a great job.

Poor treatment of Americans
I would not recommend a vacation at this resort. Many staff were extremely rude and disrespectful towards Americans. There were many families visiting that had the same experience. This was not a matter of rude Americans. This was a matter of individuals that did not treat Americans very well.

For me is a 4 Stars, the People are not Customer oriented, baby Pool worked hall of the State, jacuzzi broken hall of the State, some days don t have Ice for the drink, some days don t have to well a, I will not came back
- AdvisoryThe hotel has recently finished a complete renovation of Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus in Bayahibe, Dominican Republic. There was a complete renovation of its 528 rooms with high-tech installations and refurbishment of bathrooms and furniture. Also, we highlight the renovation of one of the pools to include a new Bubble Pool and the Lobby Bar. Star Camp, dedicated to the entertainment of children and teenagers with multicultural and educational programs.

Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
- In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical
damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the
remaining nights.
SPRING BREAK GROUPS POLICY - Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:- Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to leave refundable cash deposit per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
