Amazing hotel and exceptional staff! If you’re looking for a place to relax and have an amazing time with friends, family, or your partner, this is a great option! The staff is wonderful, always attentive to your needs and requests, and consistently friendly and welcoming. The food and drinks are excellent! I’m honestly not a big fan of all-inclusive resorts, but this one was definitely an exception. Plus, they have a great selection of spirits and cocktails. The rooms are also very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

⚠️ PUERTO VALLARTA VISITORS: BE AWARE OF TIMESHARE SALES PITCHES AT THE AIRPORT When we arrived Monday afternoon and exited customs, we were simply looking for transportation to our vacation rental. A man who introduced himself as Cesar Romero approached us about a ride. What followed turned into a timeshare sales experience involving Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta. We feel we were misled. This experience cost us valuable vacation time and more than $200 US dollars. We have ZERO interest in a timeshare. We do not like the timeshare concept, would never purchase one, and had no interest in attending a sales presentation. All we wanted was transportation to our rental. I’m sharing our experience so other visitors can be aware. Before accepting an offer of transportation, ask whether it involves a timeshare presentation, what the total cost is, and whether there are any conditions attached. An offer of a ride should be clear and honest. This was a frustrating start to our vacation, and I hope sharing our experience helps others avoid the same situation.

TERRIBLE!!
BEWARE!!! This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a resort. My wife and I paid extra for an upgraded room with a private ocean room balcony, and I walked out with no shirt in my bathing suit, and strangers were on my balcony because they didn't give us the correct room. They wouldn't change our room or correct the mistake. We also paid for all inclusive, they charged us for EVERYTHING, and then threatened to call the police when we didn't want to pay for everything because we had all inclusive. They would never let us speak to a manager, and never responded after. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

PV Getaway
Sanctuary was wonderful. The rooms were huge and beautiful. Marco, our butler, and Karina, our concierge, were always available to help with any of our needs. The Rooftop staff of Lorena, Carlos, Rigo, and Ramon were fun, friendly, attentive, and professional. Carlos even taught me how to make the perfect margarita and what shaker to buy.😉 All in all, it was a lovely vacation.
