We are Tafer Resident Members and spend 2-3 months every year at the Garza Blanca and Mousai resorts. They are the finest resorts in Mexico. What separates them from the many other facilities is not only the superior quality, but most importantly the service. The staff make us feel as if we are part of their family and they can't do enough to make you feel you are a Valued Guest. I could spend hours relating all the special efforts they have extended to us over the years. It is always a tearful goodbye when we have to go home and tell our beautiful friends "nos vemos pronto y Dios te bendiga!

Best place to stay in Mexico
Beautiful experience. Everyone so so nice, kind, helpful and courteous. The pool associates were exceptional. It was hard to leave felt like I have an extended family. So many beautiful things to experience and everything so clean. I look forward to visit again.

Javier and Humberto provided us with an excellent experience. They went above and beyond to make us feel like home. Always with a smile and respect not only to my family but to everyone. We will definitely miss this place. Gracias Javier y Humberto por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Jun 10, 2025A $9,000 Disaster: Five Room Moves at Garza Blanca Preserve, Puerto Vallarta
Our recent family vacation at Garza Blanca Preserve, Puerto Vallarta (June 3-10, 2025), was an absolute nightmare. Despite paying close to $9,000 for a Luxury 2-bedroom suite with panoramic views, our stay was ruined by being forced to move rooms five separate times across different buildings in just seven days. This constant disruption completely obliterated any chance of a relaxing getaway. We booked directly, expecting a seamless experience, but instead, we faced utter helplessness from management, including Adrianna Colmenares. They offered no solutions or compensation for this immense inconvenience and our significantly downgraded experience. For a luxury resort, this level of disorganization is simply unacceptable. We left incredibly frustrated, feeling our substantial investment was utterly wasted on a vacation defined by packing and unpacking, not relaxation. The reception area is a nightmare, guest relations is very poor. They really dont hear you out especially when we had the above kaos throughout. The staff outside of the reception area were very helpful and accommodating. Overall, at this point I'm not sure if I would return to any of their properties due to this one experience. I stayed at Cabo as well 2 years ago but had no problems. However, this resort gave me a mixed feeling to give any positive recommendations to any of my families, friends & Co-workers to come visit and experience this place.

Amazing Service
We visited the Bocados Steakhouse restaurant at this resort and the food and staff was amazing. Esteban, Ricardo, and Jhanko provided amazing service and their recommendations were the best! We enjoyed the food and the views were all beautiful.
