Good time was had by all
Everything was great, Anastacio was fantastic in the main buffet and saw to our every need at dinner, we sat in his section the most. Excellent, fast friendly service!

This is a lovely resort, probably the best I’ve visited in Mexico so far.. and definitely one not to miss. Would give it 4.5 stars if that was an option The hotel is large and designed beautifully around its own private beach and loads of greenery. The rooms are very spacious… if a little dated, but we had the standard family room for 3 of us which worked perfectly. They offered us one with twin beds first of all, but happily changed when we asked. There is loads of room around the 2 large activity pools.. one which has pretty standard entertainment most days, and the other that gets a little wilder(foam parties and coco bongo shows) but nothing not suitable for children, both with a large swim up bar and food options. There is also a small quiet pool, with no music and a juice bar. The beach is beautiful too, loads of rich come right up the shore… especially if you feed them a little bread, and perfect for snorkelling (apparently). One or 2 days the seaweed was pretty bad, but that is something we have come to expect in Mexico… and not as bad as we have had before. There is a good selection of restaurants (the steak house especially) and the buffet options are always fresh and tasty. If you like cocktails there is a proper mixologist (Manuel) that will make you amazing drinks… anything you ask for, a definite recommendation is and old fashioned or negroni. He and the rest of the staff are friendly, and helpful if you have any problems. There is a huge theatre with some decent entertainment (Michael Jackson et al) and stuff for the kids a bit earlier. There is also a white party kn the beach… not really a white party, but the fire show beforehand is deffo worth seeing! There is loads of wildlife, monkeys, koatis and Ugatis that are very tame, although people are not supposed to feed them, most do to get that all important photo! There is always stuff to complain about… nothing is perfect, but this is as close as we have found, and the only place in Mexico we would consider returning to!

Great Hotel
Amazing Hotel Will be sorry to leave in the morning and will definitely be coming back. The à la carte restaurants are all fantastic and we had no problems booking them with our concierge Jarered and would recommend speaking to you concierge as the app shows no availability. The bar staff at the beach bar Casa Alma were great and all work so hard The black sheep bar was amazing with really friendly staff, thank you to Roberto Thomas for making our evenings in there very enjoyable. We will definitely return

Wonderful Italian Dinner
Adolfa was wonderful at Tonino restaurant. He even helped with ordering my gluten free dinner. Atmosphere and food was excellent along with his service!
