  Lovely holiday but watch your belongings

  We spent 8 nights at this hotel, as a family of 4 (two children) and also 8 other family members. It didn't get off to a great start when we checked in and they gave us two rooms and didn't put our children's room next to our room. I had asked for interconnecting rooms and also we were meant to have a pool view. After lots of arguments of them saying they didn't have any rooms connected/next to each other, they then did have them if we wanted to pay £68 a night for them!!! They let us change to diff rooms on the second night and the rooms were next to each other. Rooms are big and comfortable and very clean. The hotel is huge with lots going on. The beach is nice, although man made and you can't actually sit on the beach (without the tide coming in) but it is nice and the pools are big, with generally enough sunbeds every day. The restaurant booking system is a total nightmare - there were 12 of us and all the concierge's told us different times that we could start booking dinners, meaning when we did there wasn't any reservations available. In the end we had to go to the manager who booked us restaurants otherwise we would have been in the buffet every night. We had to eat at 9pm most nights though - not ideal as missed the entertainment and way too late for our children (youngest was 8yo). We also had the following items taken from our sunbeds - sarong, sunglasses, iPhone and a dress. DO NOT take anything of value and do not leave anything on the sunbed. Some of these were also taken when we were on the sunbeds so be more vigilant than we were. We really enjoyed the lazy river, the wildlife and the gym facilities.

  holiday experience marred by constant theft of property

  Although this hotel has a lot of positives, food good , rooms good , bars good , I will never come back . There is a very big problem with theft , you cannot leave anything anywhere , we had a phone , glasses sarongs and even a beach dress stolen from a lounger whilst swimming in pool . All of these items were reported to the hotel they suggested they were lost , we know they weren't lost , the phone was on line 24hrs after it went missing .we spoke to other guests who had also had items stolen , this leaves a very bad taste in the mouth and has definitely made me think twice about coming back at all

  Lima restaurant - amazing food!

  Lima restaurant- amazing food. Potato bombs, beef fillet - out of this world. Cachanga dessert - beautiful If you can’t get a reservation, try a walk in. They accept them if space.

  Excellent stay for my Daughters Birthday

  The Hotel was excellent. Excellent bars pools and restaurants and our Concierge Issac was the best! Plus also Eduardo & Adriana.

  Gargantuan in every sense

  This massive, cigarette friendly, all inclusive resort offers multiple pools and many bars, including a 24 hour pub. The pub boasts a dart board and big screens TVs which constantly play footy. New routes make it easier than ever to get here from the British midlands. In high season you can expect to find thousands of guests enjoying the plentiful outdoor spaces. Rooms are big and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The highlight of this resort is the food. You're unlikely to find food this good at any place this big. It truly is a massive place, make sure you bring everything you need with you when leaving the room as going back for anything can be quite time consuming if travelling by foot, which may be unusual for a lot of the guests.
