An overall great experience! The food, the staff, the property was absolutely amazing. Everyone was kind and gracious and answered any questions that we had! I will definitely visit again!

This resort has a ton of potential, however we had a lot of issues when compared to other Secrets. If a resort is not going to be on the beach everything else must be fantastic, it was not. Drinks were not very good and we had issues with our preferred club (pool) waiter, he refused to make us certain drinks and other times was very inattentive. We had a security issue with staff just walking into our room and NO ONE at the resort respected the privacy light on our door. There is no ice machine on property and no way to order ice or drinks from app. App is very limited compared to other properties. The property is a bit difficult to navigate and the maps that they have around are absolutely useless. THere were multiple groups that were quite disrespectful to others trying to enjoy their vacations with loud speakers and "partying".

An amazing staff and property. Will recomed to family and friends alike. The attention to guest is amazing and someone is always there to help in wateva it is you need. For example I left my iPhone in the taxi when i got dropped off at hotel by their taxi service and the staff went above and beyond to locate my phone and get it back for me. Beautiful place , the rooms are very nice. Lizbeth was always there to greet us and lend a hand everyone was and let me mention the most important staff member Carlos. Carlos is the bartender at the bar in entrance of the lobby hands down he will get you messed up. Please come u won't regret it.

Excellent services provided by SR RUFINO and his team members. From arrival to departure. Exceptional services by the team members at this resort. I recommend this resort to anyone to visit and enjoy high quality services.
