Majestic Mirage - David Lopez recommend!
This was my first visit to Majestic Mirage and my mother’s second, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The resort was outstanding—from the exceptional service to the overall cleanliness. Our room was impressively spacious, far larger than anticipated, and very comfortable. For the price we paid, the value was remarkable; we truly enjoyed ourselves and felt that the food and drinks alone exceeded what we spent. Most importantly, the staff were tremendous. I would especially like to recognize David Lopez for his exceptional service. He went above and beyond to assist us, even outside of normal operating hours. He remained professional, attentive, and accommodating when we made additional requests, and he consistently made the effort to ensure our needs were met—even running between the main area and the beach to assist us. His passion and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend Majestic Mirage. If you have the opportunity, I strongly suggest requesting David Lopez—his service will greatly enhance your experience.

Wedding week in Punta Cana at the Majestic Mirage
We just got back from our first trip to the Dominican, staying at the Majestic Mirage. We were very impressed with everything. The rooms were beautiful! Our butler, Amable, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and cared about his job and the guests. The food at the buffets are vast in the selections that they have available. You are going to get an array of cheese, meats, desserts, and also options for pizza and maybe pasta as well as some local options. Like any buffet the food may not be hot hot but there is usually an option to have a hot food. For example, fresh made pasta at lunch or an omlette at breakfast if being hot is important to you. The coffee shop and the staff at the coffee shop are wonderful. You can get a croissant or other sandwiches at the coffee shop as well as some light desserts also. The spa was wonderful. The beach is beautiful. You will get some wind on the beach but it helped it not be so hot so we didn't mind it. The swim out pool rooms are amazing and the pools are beautiful. Some staff will speak English better than others and that will lead to a mix up here and there. The staff works very hard to please the guests and tries their best and so please go with realistic expectations and honor the people who work hard to serve. The house keeping staff really seemed very grateful to receive a tip and did a very good job every day for us. I generally don't have housekeeping come in too often when I stay at hotels, but we had them come daily because it made our room feel so great and they did such a great job! There are excursions that can be booked right through the hotel. Be patient at check in, they have lots of guests checking in and out and want to make sure you room is ready for you and don't always know when people are arriving. Know that you can go over to a bar and sit or have some snacks while you wait and you will get to your room eventually and have wonderful ambiance and people around you! Everything is laid out well as far as finding everything. We actually went for a wedding and the day of the wedding was amazing. The photographer was accommodating and kind and would take any photos that the bridal party wanted, including adding some family photos of attending guests. The reception was amazing with an absolute ton of beautiful food. The dance and Dj was great and it was right by the pool area in a beautiful setting. Wedding on the beach, cocktail hour close to the beach, and reception and dance by the pool area. The staff was amazing for the wedding and I was really impressed at their accommodation and what the bride and groom received for their money. My recommendation would be: if you are going for your wedding, go two days before your guests to get the rooms situated, get a feel for the area, and get your plans and meetings finalized. Then, you can have the wedding, receive your guests, and have time after to actually enjoy your stay. The bride and groom had details to respond to so I don't think they got the full vacation that we all did. They were wonderful about making sure everyone was enjoying themselves and wedding details were in order so I would suggest extending your vacation before and even after guests come and leave if able so that you get a honeymoon and vacation as well as your wedding. Perfect place to stay if you want to relax, sit on the beach, enjoy some food, have a beautiful room and comfy bed, and then go in a beautiful pool to end your day..and maybe hit up the spa or have a few massages on the beach.

Awesome Experience
Mirage is perfect spot for honeymooners and family trips!!! The place is very calm and clean with activities during the day and night time shows. The food, drinks, and stuff are on point. If you loving for some party, they also have the beach party and the disco. I would recommend vacationing at Mirage!!

Best resort
Best resort we've been to. All staff were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Alexandre and Junior (the butlers) are by far the best, they always made sure our stay was the most comfortable and enjoyable. Juan the bartender in the swim up pool always remembered what drink we wanted and had them ready for us. 5 star hands down, best resort.
