Resort was great staff was phenomenal. Only thing was transportation to and from the airport that seemed to be a little disorganized, but we did have a group of 10 so needed to wait for bigger vehicles. All in all definitely recommend.

Overall pleasant stay, Darel our butler was the absolute best, would recommend him 10/10!
Every thing has a downside, food at the buffet was always cold. And beach towels were always out. We had to continually ask for wash clothes and hand towels. On the plus side almost all staff were pleasant and outgoing. But our butler Darel was absolutely the best! If we needed anything all we had to do was ask and it was taken care of. He made sure to personally check in on us several times a day. When the bartender in the sports bar couldn’t get us the game he got a manager and came to make sure the right channel was found! And sent a follow up message just to make sure we got home safe. Everything he did was above and beyond anything we could have expected. His attention to detail and great personality really made the difference. Thanks again Darel hope to see you you again.

Our visit to the DR was AMAZING our butler Darrel was very attentive and offered up tips and service to navigate Majestic Colonial... with easy and a smile every day this made for a SPECTACULAR TRIP

Excellent time at the Mexican restaurant
Hisider and Juan Miguel did an excellent job serving us at the Mexican restaurant on the resort. The food was incredible, we all ordered seconds.
