Como siempre, un excelente plan. Fuimos súper consentidos por Joel, Yamile, Norma Becerra, Brandon y Alma García , sobre todo gracias infinitas a Héctor Pulido! Disfruté mucho y fue una de las mejores experiencias, todos salimos muy contentos.

Would recommend
We just got back from my daughter’s wedding at secrets Vallarta bay. Everything was perfect. And as far as our stay- This resort is wonderful. Clean. Very accommodating. Friendly. Fun activities. The complete package. My butler Jose bacerra was able to arrange vegan meals for me also our servers Andrew and Maria were awesome.

💎💎💎💎💎 Experience for a girl’s trip
My best friend and I stayed in the preferred suites and what an experience!! The best service from everyone, do not expect anything less in Mexico, truly beautiful and kind people that elevated our experience. Noe and Diego are the best bartenders, and make the most delicious espresso martinis. Carlos Miranda was our butler and he always checked in on us, such a kind soul. My friend got really sick and I didn’t know what to do, so I message Carlos and he sent the onsite doctor to our room. So grateful for him! I recommend breakfast at Oceana, the chilaquiles verdes are to die for, that was by far our favorite restaurant on the property. Also get a message at the spa!! I cannot recommend this resort enough!

Loved our trip
We had a Wonderful experience all around, but the best part of our trip was the staff. Great people that make your stay extra special, especially Carlos who goes out of his way to make sure your vacation is perfect. We traveled with 2 other couples and we all loved our stay.

Awesome Hospitality
The staff at Secrets Valharta Bay exceeded our expectations. Very attentive and friendly. A shout out to a few who made our week special: Carlos our butler was fantastic and checked on us daily, Hector at the swim up bar makes a great margarita and made sure our drinks were always full, and Orlando & Jenni from the Sweet Cafe served crepes with a smile.-Thank you for the laughs!
