Beautiful
We went as a family with 2 teenage daughters. It was a beautiful hotel, grounds and beach. All the staff were very friendly and worked hard. The food was lovely, couldn't fault it. All drinks were premium. The only downside was the night time entertainment, had nothing for teenagers apart from the silent disco that was good fun. Our daughter's would love to go the parties, but was under 18. They should have white parties/ foam parties for families. Apart from that we had an amazing time, in a beautiful location.

island transfer staff,
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at your hotel and I initially wanted to give you five stars. First of all, the hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The restaurant and service staff were especially attentive — orders came quickly, and the service was both friendly and professional. The chefs did an excellent job; the food was delicious and nicely presented. Service in the dining area and by the pool was also of high quality and efficient. In these aspects, your hotel truly deserves praise. However, I would like to point out a few areas for improvement. The service at the front desk, where check-in is done, was noticeably slower compared to the rest of the hotel. In addition, some of the staff at the front desk did not seem as welcoming as the other service teams. If more attention is given to this area, the overall service quality would improve even further. The biggest problem, though, was with the boats used for transportation to the island and the staff managing this service. Unfortunately, their attitude did not reflect the high standards of your hotel. I personally had a very unpleasant experience with one staff member named Edi. He was extremely rude, listening to loud music instead of assisting guests, and told me, “If you didn’t buy the ticket from me, I won’t help you.” This was very unprofessional. On top of that, we were told three different times that the boat would leave at 7:00 AM, but it actually departed at 9:00 AM. We later learned that the scheduled departure time was always 9:00 AM, which means we were given incorrect information from the beginning. This disrupted our plans and was the most negative part of our stay. In conclusion, the hotel’s cleanliness, food, overall service quality, and the dedication of most of the staff are excellent. But the island transfer staff, and in particular the behavior of Edi, did not match the quality of the rest of the hotel and overshadowed our overall satisfaction. For this reason, although I wanted to give five stars, I had to lower my rating to four.

Shame about the Evening Entertainment
We have just returned from a two-week stay. Check-in was not the best, as no one greeted us or offered to take our cases. We were simply told our room numbers and had to carry our own luggage to the rooms. This is something we’ve never experienced at a 5* hotel before. My husband and I were staying in the adults’ villas, which have no lift, so we had to carry our cases up two flights of stairs—not what you want after a 10-hour flight. The hotel itself is dated but immaculately clean. The pools are lovely, and the gardens are very well maintained. We especially loved the beach—there was hardly any seaweed, and the staff worked hard to keep it that way. The main reason we would not return is the nighttime entertainment, which was very poor. We travelled with two adults and two sixteen-year-olds, and most nights we were in bed by 9 p.m. If you enjoy partying, there are adult-only parties next door. However, many families with children can’t attend these, so why not cater more for them? Or at least for adults who don’t want to party? We were also disappointed with the food. Some of the restaurant dishes looked and tasted as though they had simply come from the buffet—nothing special at all. On two occasions, when we arrived at restaurants around 8:45 p.m. (with closing at 9:30 p.m.), we felt as though we were an inconvenience to the staff. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and well cared for, but due to the lack of decent evening entertainment and underwhelming food, we would not return.

Beautiful hotel, just needs updating
Hotel was beautiful as always is a really lovely hotel, food is good no much too choose from but nice, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Rooms not very clean, marks and dark hairs there the whole time, we have light coloured hair Some staff friendly, there is the odd few that are quite rude Entertainment isn’t very good could do with improvement, lots of people there just for the RIU PARTY saw people before 09:00 getting taken to their room in a wheelchair from the pool very drunk Coffee bar is brilliant, food fantastic The hotel is starting to look abit outdated like lifts needs maintenance work, rooms need attention you can see a lot of dripped paint left Pools are amazing the sizes are good, very easy to get a bed Beach area is great Would stay again, been there so many times before
