NEVER AGAIN
This was the first resort where I checked out early and booked a reservation at another location. Our stay was scheduled from June 21 to 28, 2025; however, we departed on June 23. The room presented multiple issues: an unpleasant odor, damp conditions causing items to become moist, and housekeeping entering despite the locked door. Additionally, there was no hot water, the room appeared unclean with unchanged sheets and an uncleaned bathtub/jacuzzi from the previous guest. We used a whole large can of Lysol sanitizing the room. We received a call from the concierge regarding breakfast reservations and transport via golf cart, which seemed thoughtful until it led us to a timeshare/vacation club presentation. After declining the offer, the attentive "white glove concierge" service ceased. It seems that guest services are accustomed to early departures, as they provided a document for us to sign stating it was "no fault of the resort," along with a space to leave our complaints.

Call first to verify there's hot water, unless you like cold showers
I am a "member" but that didn't stop them from putting me in a building with no hot water, that according to reception, they knew about and have "lots" of problems over the whole resort, Lifestyles also owns President Suites and they apparently have the same problems. So call before you come to make sure it's been fixed, our week here is almost over and I haven't had a hot shower yet, and no courtesy rooms where you could just go for a quick shower. On the good side: YES the property is old, rundown and outdated but everywhere I see evidence of renovation and construction. So I appreciate that. The food in most of the restaurants is good.

Okay the best
The experience was absolutely fabulous Maria at the front desk was the best post I ever had and Glenis is the best supervisor orchestrating her subordinates well

Never again…. will I EVER stay here!!
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!! The property is OLD and outdated!! They have some construction at the front so the area is closed off. Ice night club has been closed for 5 yrs now. There wasn’t anything to do at night other than the casino. There is only 1 specialty restaurant open a day and it fills up immediately, so be prepared to eat at the buffets. The food options were basically the same thing daily, just cooked with a different sauce. The shower head in our room was broken and kept falling off spraying our hair (reported it on day 1, the housekeeper came and looked at it laying on the floor of the shower and left) The back of the toilet had what looked to be dried up piss, which the housekeeper said it wasn’t piss, that that is was the worn paint on the toilet. The AC didn’t work the entire time, the roof started leaking on the bed while we were sleep at 2am. We called the front desk go no answer, a we had to walk out in the rain at 2am to the security booth and after he made 4 calls to several different people was finally able to get a hold of someone. A maintenance man came with a mop bucket and change of sheets as if we were gonna get back into that bed under a leaking roof. It was almost 5am by the time they got us to a new room. We talked to guest services and the woman showed NO kind of empathy, unapologetic, didn’t take my room number or name and started talking about the next time I come to the resort. I stopped her and said Ma’am there won’t be a next time. Checked out and left!!
