    Good but not perfect but we would return

    I write this review on our last day having spent 13 nights, firstly we’ve had a great holiday and it’s been a first that we didn’t need to venture out for the occasional meal as we were very happy with the restaurant food options, Our favourite restaurants were first Portofino and then secondly The Seaside Grill, the others although nice were in our opinion nothing compared to these two restaurants, Our room was nice clean and although initially disappointed to have a ground floor garden view (room 119) it actually worked out just fine because we were able to put out a travel clothes line to dry our swimwear etc. We as a family are converted to Hyatt (Dreams) Resorts and we will look forward to future bookings. Would we return to this actual location - yeah we probably would, I am however wanting to try different locations perhaps a hotel with a better beach, The issue of the beach - the seaweed situation isn’t the hotels fault and I will not comment further in respect of this issue, However !!!! The cove doesn’t appear clean (the actual water) I went kayaking and I saw floaters - yes likely old sediment from the ocean floor but some of it looked like other things floating! I hope it wasn’t but it put me of entering this sea location again. The staff do work tirelessly cleaning the grounds including the beach area and they have buoy booms up trying to prevent seaweed entering, this is likely part of the problem causing the nasty sediment on the ocean floor - no outlet etc, Overall we rate this hotel a 4 out of 5 (close to 4.5 /5). The pools (non preferred) were good, clean and they were on the warm side but so is the weather (hot hot hot) - there were at times for our family to be too loud music being played but I get they need to cater for everyone, I loved the sea bar and I often found myself being drawn to this location when the music was turned up (very) loud. This is however an individual choice. As I said at the start would we return - Yes! We’ve had a great holiday x

    Rejuvenating!

    Great overall experience. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room and facilities were nice. Food was good. My birthday was during my visit and the staff went out of their way to make me feel special!

    Save you money

    Save you money and go anywhere else. Had high expectations as I was told this resort was lovely a few years ago, since covid, they have gone downhill. Feed and drinks were far below average, resort is very small with limited availability of activities. Least enjoyable Hyatt property I have been to.

    Great stay

    Overall great stay. The resort is small but has a very friendly staff,decent entertainment, and clean facilities. Everyone remembers your name. Sebastian was awesome!

    Feels like home

    This was our 12th stay at this resort. It is small and intimate and that is what we like. They focus on personal service, and do it exceptionally well. We are back in October 2025 and January 2026. The resort is located in a very private community and that is what makes it special.
