    Disappointing

    Where do I start. This is not 5 star hotel so don't be fooled like we were and another couple of guests. This resort promised everything but failed in everything. Staff were amazing nataliq jorge amelio the best regarding the hotel room was large and plesant perfectly cleaned daily. Restaurants were not great food was not 5 star as stated on the website. There were for you to sit and have a drink outside which was a shame and left the place down , and when the wknd came and Mexicans arrived we were ignored. But that still did not bother me. The beach is not a beach it is man made and cement lies beneath the sand making it very hard. Such a disappointment from previous experience when we travelled to jamaica i am trying not to be negative but the room service was exceptional as was the cleanliness but sadly that was not enough. The resort is boring no entertainment. Been to better and will not be returning . 😌 .

    Beautiful resort, great service, room was clean and wonderful. Food was amazing. Location was perfect. Surroundings were awesome on the whole property. Quiet resort here low noise. And the team really values you here.

    Nice time until something happens

    The resort is well appointed, the food is fair, the staff for the most part was A+. Our group’s problem was the response when one of us was severely injured. We were not treated with concern and care at the time of the incident. I don’t believe that we would visit this resort again

    An Amazing Zumba Class with Sebasthian !

    The Zumba class with Sebasthian was one of the highlights of our stay at DREAMS Aventuras. He’s full of energy, knows how to get everyone motivated, and makes the whole session so much fun. An experience not to be missed. Thank you, Sebastian!
