The hotel is in a perfect location, the beachfront suite was amazing, the facilities were beautiful, the amenities, like breakfast, are all you can ask for, the service was excellent, very quiet even with the kids because the hotel had plenty of space, and the beach was wide and private. Initially, we had some issues with our room, but the management quickly fixed the problem to our satisfaction. It is rare to see an establishment so committed to providing a memorable dream come true vacation. We will definitely be back!

Great experience! Will go back!
The West Bay Club is a great place to go for a relaxing vacation! The property is lovely, gorgeous ocean views, rooms are spacious/comfortable, restaurant is great. Roshana is the best! Very knowledgeable, warm and helpful. She made everything easy and fun!

Amazing
The best staff ever!! Roshana was so helpful. What a wonderful place to stay. The food was great! If I was to ever come back to Turks and Caicos, I would definitely stay at the West Bay Club again. The room was nice, anything you needed someone was there to help. Amazing trip!!

Amazing staff and gorgeous view with clean rooms!
Best service! Giovanne and Roshana made us feel so welcomed. The welcome punch was great and they were so kind, always helping us look for what to do and where to go. The rooms were very clean and it is literally ON the beach. Doesn’t get better than that. And there is unlimited breakfast!!

Expected much better service for the price we paid. Breakfast buffet was not fully available at opening. Same choices were offered daily. Beach service was poor. We had to set up our chairs/towels each day. Call button was available for food/drinks but service was extremely slow. Wait staff in dining not very engaging. No facilities to accomodate late check out after 1100 AM. Limited equipment in the small gym facility. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and housekeeping was great. Thank you to Rose who serviced our room.
