  Sun, sand, and amazing staff

  What an amazing trip we had! Just came back from nine days and wow. what I can tell you is we believe a stay includes not only the amenities but also the people who work there. Our concierge Marcelo Marin had the biggest smile every morning to greet us and went out of his way to do a few special little surprises for myself and my husband. Very heartwarming to feel like he really cared for us. I also want to give a shout out to Jessica (the coffee fire lady too) who was a server in the preferred and lobby bar for her smiles, conversation and genuine, sweet soul also to Chalo (Gonzalez) and Enrique (kikey) for their amazing bartending service and what genuinely lovely young men these two are ! I would like to mention that throughout our stay, any staff that you met was pleasant and helpful. The food was fantastic, our room was beautiful, and always kept so clean by both the morning and the evening staff as well as the staff member who stocked our mini bar was fantastic and the weather was spot on, so we were able to do lots of walking on the beach. We will definitely be back.

  Priceles Vacation and Family Photos - We couldn't be happier!

  Our entire family has never been on a vacation together. We traveled to Cancun in February to celebrate my parents' 80th birthdays, and the resort and staff were perfection. Rooms, food, service, evening events - chef's kiss. Even though this is definitely more of a "couples" resort, it created the perfect atmosphere to focus on our little family and give us a private family experience. My sister and I both have grown kids aged 22-30, and there were still plenty of activities to keep them entertained, including mini golf, pool volleyball, a spa, golf, a dance club, and, of course, the all-inclusive swim-up bar. Almost as an afterthought, we decided to arrange family photos through the on-site photography service Adventure Photo at Secrets Maroma, and the photographer we had, Isaac Arenas, was simply the best. He took his time and made our family photos fun and memorable. We all agreed that deciding to do family photos was the best decision we made on our special family vacation, but randomly getting Isaac as our photographer was the best luck we had, too! These pictures will be in our family for generations to come, and you can't put a price tag on that. Thank you, Isaac. My parents' hearts are full of love right now, and I thank all of the employees at Secrets Maroma (too many to mention - they are all fantastic!) and Isaac for being a part of that.

  Home away from home.

  My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time — as we always do — when we’re at Secrets Maroma Beach. Every visit feels special, but this one truly stood out because of the incredible staff who made our stay unforgettable. Our concierge, Guillermo, was so attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire trip. He made sure every detail was handled and went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. We also absolutely loved Wilberth at the beach bar. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and his hospitality was simply outstanding. He made every beach day even more enjoyable. And we are always so happy to see Bramdon. We are very partial to him because he is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He always makes us feel like family. These are the people who truly made our stay amazing. We can’t wait to return to Secrets Maroma Beach — it feels like coming home every time.

  Maroma birthday trip

  It was so amazing. I went for my birthday trip and it was so serene, beautiful, clean, and the staff were all so sweet and made my experience a 10/10. I definitely would come back again. Loved the room. I got the swim out and it was beautiful. The beach was so beautiful and I rented the cabanas which are a must. I had an overall amazing experience and the food was definitely delicious!

  Absolutely gorgeous resort--we will be back!

  We had such a wonderful time at Secrets Maroma! The resort is absolutely breathtaking with so many special touches throughout. The food is top-notch, with several restaurants to choose from nightly, as well as pool-side grills and special meals each day. We enjoyed a guacamole making class and there were other activities such as bike riding. The resort also has mini golf and badminton. The beach is the most beautiful we have ever seen, with powder-like sand and huge shading all over. The pool loungers were so thick and comfortable. Entertainment was fun and varied, and the staff--every single one of them--made you feel special and welcomed. We will absolutely come back here again!!!
