Highly Recommend this Resort
This was our first time at Secrets Maroma. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return to the resort. We’ve been to Secrets Akumal several times and felt the experience was comparable, and actually felt the food quality and service at Maroma was slightly better, with more entertainment options. Our Concierge person, Roberto, was very accommodating and went out of his way to make the stay enjoyable. The entertainment team were great fun and kept everyone moving and involved!

Staff are the real stars of this beautiful resort
A top rate hotel with fabulous facilities and world class dining options but the staff are what everything is built on, they were all very well trained, genuinely friendly, proud of their workplace and nothing was too much trouble A special mention for Roberto, our concierge, for the way he looked after us

Perfect Resort for a couple seeking rest and recharging.
We absolutely loved this resort! We have stayed in all-inclusives all around Cancun, including Dreams/Secrets, and we enjoyed this stay the most. This Secrets is not connected to a Dreams, so it is truly adults-only. It is quiet, spotless, and beautiful. The food is amazing, and the drinks are high-quality. We loved the whole staff; Emmy, Alejandra, and Daniel in entertainment were so much fun, and Wilbert the lifeguard was so kind and attentive when I scraped my foot (all my fault!). Francisimmo and Mauricio (French restaurant and Oceana) were outstanding, and the young woman with big brown glasses in the World Café made me incredible crepes for lunch every day! We felt pampered, relaxed, and completely safe throughout our stay.
