  A wonderful vacation.

  What a wonderful vacation we experienced. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were very “important” people. Our concierge, Roberto Canul made sure I had ice tea every Morning I addition to confirming the spa reservations we made.

  The activities were fantastic!! Especially the ICE BATH THERAPY! It was so an amazing experience, doing an ice bath on the beach. Can’t say I’ve done that anywhere else

  Our favorite resort

  Secrets Maroma exceeded all our expectations. The resort is stunning, with a pristine beach, beautiful grounds, and luxurious rooms. The food was outstanding at every restaurant — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond. Service was flawless, from check-in to room service. This is the perfect place to relax and be pampered. Can’t wait to return!

  A dream wedding and stay - Beyond All Expectations!

  We had the immense joy of celebrating our wedding at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun, and the entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Over two unforgettable weeks, we felt pampered, relaxed, and genuinely celebrated, as did all of our guests who joined us. Our wedding was truly magical. Elizabeth, our wedding manager, was a dream to work with: professional, warm, and meticulous. Planning from abroad could have been stressful, but she made it seamless. On the day itself, everything flowed effortlessly, from the beach ceremony to the beautifully curated reception. She brought our vision to life with care and elegance. The service throughout the resort was consistently exceptional. A few standout team members made our stay even more memorable: • Hugo, our lead waiter during the wedding reception, stood out for his outstanding attention to detail, charisma, and kindness. A true asset to the team! • Alfonso, our concierge, went above and beyond to make everything feel personal and effortless. • Noemi and Beatriz, our room attendants, kept our suite immaculate — from the early morning refresh to the thoughtful turn-down service each evening. • Miguel, the pool concierge, was always kind and attentive. • Alberto, our beach waiter, struck the perfect balance; attentive without ever being intrusive. • Brenda, at the Mexican restaurant, made every dinner feel like a warm family gathering. • Otilio, the sommelier, recommended a beautiful red wine during Mexican Night, which was such a thoughtful touch. • Gabriela, the food and drink manager, was always present and engaged. • Guillermina, at the Mexican buffet, greeted us each morning with sincere warmth. The beach is absolutely stunning: powdery white sand, turquoise water, and plenty of space to unwind. Despite visiting during seaweed season, we were truly impressed by the resort’s constant efforts to keep the shoreline clean and beautiful. The dedication of the grounds and maintenance team did not go unnoticed and made a real difference. We also enjoyed the variety of watersports on offer. The team managing the catamarans and kayaks were friendly and helpful, making sure guests had a great experience out on the water. The pool cabana service was excellent, with drinks and snacks always flowing, though depending on your neighbours the atmosphere can be a little lively. If you are seeking peace and quiet, we recommend booking a beach cabana instead. That said, the overall vibe throughout the resort is calm, relaxing, and indulgent. It is also worth praising how discreetly the resort handled the ongoing renovation works. Everything was so well concealed that it never interfered with our experience, which is a true testament to their attention to detail. As far as evening entertainment goes, we especially loved Mexican Night. It was a real highlight, bringing together authentic culture, vibrant performances, and fantastic food in a festive and joyful setting. The rooms were immaculate, the food consistently excellent, and the grounds impeccably maintained. We are deeply grateful to the entire team at Secrets Maroma Beach and cannot wait to return! B&D.

  Five (5) Star Resort

  Secrets Maroma Beach Resort. This is a beautiful place to visit. At the Coco Cafe the staff member Daniel. was awesome. He provided great service each and every day we visit the cafe which was daily just to see him. He was so warm and inviting. He also came over to the Desires a cluc on the resort to danced with us. We plan to keep in touch and he will visit when he comes to California.
