  Spectacular winter getaway!

  My neighborhood friends and I have traveled to several Secrets. We absolutely loved Moroma Beach. Our concierge’s, Hector was on top of everything. Found us every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Water aerobics instructor was amazing. All of the beverage service at the pools and on the beach were above and beyond. Food was great. All staff was very personable and made us feel like they were really glad we were there.

  Terrific Resort

  Great resort, impeccable service and terrific food and drinks. The main pool was really nice and they kept it heated which made it enjoyable on a few of the cool days.

  Paradise

  This place was as close to paradise on earth as you will find. Extremely helpful staff, amazing amenities, fantastic food, everything you want in a beach escape. Highly recommend.

  A piece of paradise

  We came as a family for a 10 night stay to relax after also having travelled to LA and New York for my son’s 21st birthday. We arrived and were immediately greeted with champagne and hot towels. First impressions of the hotel were wonderful as we sat in the huge lobby. Check in was quick and we were escorted to our room with the bell boy who then gave us a guided tour of our room and explained what all the switches were and how everything worked. He was very helpful. We had a junior suite garden view with a balcony overlooking the swim up rooms. Our room was fantastic, spacious and very clean. We were thrilled. We were block 21. Each block has a concierge that you can see or contact each day if you require any assistance. We had Francia who was very helpful and assisted us on two separate occasions and also WhatsApp each morning to see if we required anything and gave us the daily updates of what activities were on throughout the day. Thank you Francia. Our room was cleaned each day with a turndown service at night, the mini bar is restocked daily and you can request what you would like. Our room was cleaned throughly each day. Breakfast is in the world cafe, we throughly enjoyed each morning, there was plenty of variety and it was mixed up slightly each day, as well as your usual tea/coffee you can also ask for mimosas or make your own Bloody Marys. You also have the option of sitting inside or outside and they had a violinist play each morning outside. Restaurant wise we tried all except the Mexican. It is honestly the best AI food I have ever eaten. To be honest You would not think you were at a AI. You choose from a menu which made it much more personal, everything is cooked to order and you have the option of the premium wine list. Our favourites were the French and seafood restaurants with the steak and Italian very closely followed. My advice for the French is to arrive by 6pm if you wish to be seated straight away as this is a very popular place and unless your prepared to wait I certainly wouldn’t arrive any later than 6:30pm. Food by the pool is also excellent. Each day you have a BBQ that serve chicken, fish, ribs, lamb, beef etc with salad, pasta and they have a seated area if you do not wish to sit on your sun bed. Thursday is tuna snoring day which is impressive to watch and you can sample this fresh or cooked. The pizza by the pool is excellent and very popular cooked to order with also burgers/hot dogs and fries available next door. If you would prefer, the restaurant by the pool is also open and I believe the world cafe also do lunch. The entertainment team is outstanding and the best I’ve ever experienced at any hotel and we travel quite a lot. The variety by the pool is superb with painting, bingo, singers, dancers, volleyball, basketball and even a lazy game! Leo especially stood out for us making us smile shouting ‘Pool Volleyball’ each day and trying to encourage my son (Chris) that he liked to call Anthony (due to his Anthony Joshua top he wore by the pool) get into the shall we say ‘fresh pool water’ he did eventually get him in to play volleyball which he throughly enjoyed . The pool waiters are outstanding and do not stop all day , we sat in different areas so had a few different ones, each were as good as each other , they will even take a meal order and bring your food to your pool lounger if you request it but we preferred to get our own although some did take advantage of this. I must also say The pool beds are the comfiest I’ve ever experienced whilst on holiday. The pool bar staff also deserve a mention , the drinks/cocktails were amazing and they are very efficient, the pool water is also much warmer that side. You also have a sports bar with multiple tv screens playing different sports, my husband took advantage of this to watch his football team a couple of times during our stay, they also have pool and darts available to play with a mini golf course next door. A couple of times during our stay it could get busy therefore, a big shout out to the barman who coped very well on his own one evening whilst under a lot of pressure from a large group of people who arrived. Overall - This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. I am picky but I couldn’t fault anyone or anything. The attention to detail and personal touches make it very special. We wanted to relax after a very busy year working and relax we most certainly did. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable, I do not like to stay at the same place twice as I feel it is a big world with so many places to explore BUT we will definitely return as we were so impressed and have found our little piece of paradise.

  Lovely

  We had an absolutely amazing stay at Secrets Maroma while celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday, and it exceeded all expectations. The resort was spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly felt luxurious from start to finish. The swim-out rooms were incredible—such a special touch that made the trip even more memorable and relaxing. We had such a wonderful experience with Isaac Arenas for our family photos during my mom’s 60th birthday celebration at the resort. Isaac was incredibly professional, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process feel effortless and fun. He has such a kind, relaxed energy that instantly put everyone at ease, which made taking photos completely painless—even with a group. The photos came out absolutely gorgeous and captured the moment perfectly. We are so grateful to have these memories and couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Isaac Arenas to anyone looking for beautiful, natural photos and a great overall experience. Truly fantastic work!
