Amazing experience. Staff is excellent, concierge Roberto was awesome. Server for breakfast and lunch was another staff member named Roberto went above and beyond at the World Cafe. Highly recommend this resort!

Amazing Place, World Class People & Service
We had an amazing experience at Secrets Maroma. From the luxurious & elegant grounds, to the amazing food & drinks and to the world class service that makes this place what it is. Everyone, no matter there position, is more than willing to go above & beyond to make sure your experience is nothing short of amazing. We particularly wanted to shout out Daniel, our personal Concierge for the trip along with the Pool Side Bartenders, Entertainment Team, and the Preferred Club Restaurant. Daniel went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, taken care of, and to make sure our experience was world class. He greeted personally every day whether it was outside of our room, passing by in the resort, or down by the pool area. Anything we may have needed he made sure to do his best to provide. We are hoping it’s possible to request Daniel the next time we visit as we felt as if he was a big part in why our overall experience was so enjoyable!

Great Time at Secrets Maroma!
We had a great time at Secrets Maroma! From our concierge, Alonso, our favourite lobby bar servers Jesica and David, and our pool servers Wilberth and Leo - the service was amazing!!! And shout out also to Daniela and Lorena. You all were amazing!

Our 16th Visit – Secrets Maroma Beach Feels Like Family
We just returned from our 16th visit to Secrets Maroma Beach (October 13–20), and once again, it was an absolutely exceptional experience. This resort continues to impress us with its stunning beauty, outstanding service, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like coming home. The newly renovated World Café is fantastic — spacious, modern, and offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options for breakfast and lunch. It’s a wonderful upgrade that enhances the overall dining experience. The Preferred Club Lounge was also a highlight, with its elegant ambiance and attentive staff making it a perfect spot to relax throughout the day. We’re excited about the upcoming renovations and can’t wait to experience the new Oceana and steakhouse restaurants when they open in December! As always, the staff made our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to: • Alejandro, who my wife saw each afternoon in the CoCo Cafe. He always greeted her with his warm smile while delivering a great iced coffee! It was nice to see him in the Preferred Lounge one evening and came right up to see us and serve us outstanding cocktails. • Our amazing pool team — Edy, Manuel, and Luis . Eddie and Manny are familiar faces we love seeing every year, and who take very good care of all the guests by the pool. Luis is a fantastic new addition. He was incredibly attentive and even suggested we catch the sunrise on our last day — a breathtaking experience we’ll always remember. • Felix at Himitsu, Pablo at the Mexican restaurant, and Elmer at Oceana — each provided exceptional service and made our meals truly special. • We were so fortunate to have had Bramdon as our building concierge during our stay. We’ve known him from his days as a pool attendant, and seeing him thrive in his new role was heartwarming. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always with a smile and genuine care. • Rene, who replenishes the beach towels, greeted us daily with a smile and perfectly wrapped towels — a small but meaningful detail that added to the luxury of our stay. • Carmen, who not only delivered delicious mimosas to us by the pool each morning but also tended bar in the main lobby bar. It was lovely to see her again while we waited for our car service — a perfect way to end our trip. The spa services were outstanding — relaxing, professional, and rejuvenating. And the beach was in beautiful shape this year. We walked it every day, soaking in the serenity and natural beauty that makes this resort so special. Secrets Maroma Beach continues to be our favorite destination, and this trip reminded us why we keep coming back year after year. We’re already looking forward to visit number 17!

Amazing week with amazing staff
We just got back from a week at secrets Marma Beach. We had an amazing time celebrating my husband‘s 50th birthday with some friends. our concierge Erik went out of his way to make sure that everything was great by adding balloons to our room, a banner on our door and even sending a cake to our room. The service the food and the drinks were all 10 out of 10. This has to be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.We didn’t get to try all the restaurants but my favorite was the Asian restaurant with our server Felix. He was amazing the nicest friendliest man you could ever meet. We’ll be back again. Thank you everyone at secret Marma Beach❤️
