Señor Julian Ortega at Impression by Secrets truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he met us at the dock with a warm welcome and a friendly smile—so reassuring after the plane and car ride. Not only did he personally escort us through check‑in, but he surprised us with an upgrade to a stunning presidential room, clearly anticipating our needs. His first-rate personal service embodies true professionalism and is the kind of guest experience every hotel should aim for. Julian went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable, and I'd assume his contributions are integral to the success of Impression by Secrets. We’ll definitely be back—thanks to him!

Stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! The service was amazing. Specifically our butlers, Edgar and Angel. We spent a lot of our time at the pool, and we were taken care of by Guilman and Wilma. They were very helpful! Emilio and Miguel were very good bartenders at Shark’s swimup bar. Our favorite restaurant was La Vista, and Susie was the best server! We loved our time here.

Perfect Anniversary Celebration
We were incredibly blessed to celebrate our anniversary at Impression Isla Mujeres in late April and early May. The private catamaran ride was an extremely special way to start our trip and we felt warmly welcomed before our feet even touched the dock. Although we booked the most basic room category, the island is so narrow that we still enjoyed a stunning ocean view from our balcony on the back side of the property. During the day, we spent most of our time on the rooftop, where Alfredo ensured everything ran smoothly and sweet Maria took excellent care of us. Looking out over the sea from the rooftop we saw hues of blue that we never knew existed. It was absolutely stunning. The rooftop was certainly busier during the weekend when it filled up with day passers, but during the week it was quiet and peaceful and we had our choice of seats. The main pool seemed to lack proper filtration as we noticed a film on the top of the water in some areas of the pool. This was another reason that we spent most of our time at the rooftop pool. We loved participating in the wide variety of activities offered—highlights included the ceviche-making class, tequila tasting, cocktail class, silent disco, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and the manager’s reception cooking class. However, our absolute favorites were the macramé class and the island bike tour. AB, Franco, and the rest of the entertainment team were truly outstanding. The waterslide only opened one day while we were there, so we were glad that we took advantage of that when we could. We thoroughly enjoyed all the dining options. We would stop by Cacao early after our morning run down to Punta Sur. For breakfast, we made it a point to get the oatmeal crème brûlée from Unik as often as possible. Every dinner was exceptional, but we found ourselves returning to the Wildfire Grill steakhouse multiple times. Israel Adan made such a great impression serving us during our first visit that we specifically requested him on our return visits. The butler staff is outstanding as we were well care for by Edgar and Angel. Head butlers Ritik and Zelma also checked in with us daily to make sure that all of our needs and wants were being met. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated. Thank you so much Mourad & staff, we had a marvelous time!

Best place ever
Wonderful experience. Relaxed by the pool Guelman took care of all the setup and tended to everything. Eduardo and Casanova helped us with membership. Great people. Angel and Edgar were the butlers all incredible. This place is the best place I've been to anywhere.

Amazing Resort in Mexico
Amazing Resort on Isla Mujeres. Special thanks to Kenneth- Guest Experience Manager and Esperanza -Sales Manager- who went out of their to make sure everything was perfect. The Italian Restaurant -Spezia- has a Michelin Star Chef!! The Venison Ravioli was the best I have had. Everything at this resort is a 5 Star experience.. The water is crystal clear. Perfect for snorkeling.. The 45 foot Catamaran that takes guests to and from the hotel from the marina in Cancun is as luxurious as it gets. The free flowing Champagne on the 40 minute ride was also a nice surprise. The rooms all have fabulous views I cannot imagine staying anywhere else..
