Jan 16, 2026This is my second visit to this hotel and sadly,I will not come back. The hotel seemed over booked and it was difficult.to enjoy
Thestaff was AHMAZING. Special shout outs to: Coco cafe- Luz,Isabel and Anais. Always offering a smile with my coffee. Manatees Pool- Alberto and Norberto never let me be thirsty Marketplace Cafe- Adrian,Astrid,Abigail and Oliver served out table with a smile. Preferred Pool- Benjamin,Juan,Jamie and Michelle at Ollio ever prese t and ready to serve when we could get a chair. The pools were over crowded and left little space to walk around the chairs.

Extremely enjoyable stay at secrets the vine resort. This resort at the Cancun hotel zone was exceptional. Fabulous pools, very nice beach, clean modern hotel. The food and service was excellent at this hotel. Don’t miss out the breakfast at the Market Cafe, food selection and quality was incredible. We had a wonderful experience, very friendly staff. We definitely will go back.

Awesome week in Cancun
Went for a week with my family and loved every second of it. Lots of activities to do throughout the day with the entertainment guys. We especially enjoyed getting to know and interact with Diego, Jonathan, Jose, and the other Jose! They were all very kind, professional, and fun to be around. Service overall was excellent. We especially appreciated Jorge, Alberto, and Carlos as they were very attentive, friendly, and eager to help! One more highlight was our concierge Sebastian. He was always available and helpful with a smile for any requests or questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed the quality of food and drinks here, the best we have encountered so far. As for the resort itself, it is beautiful inside and out. It is kept very clean and up to date. Overall our highlights were the staff, the food, and the gorgeous ocean views.

Best restaurant team
I had an amazing experience. Bernaber, Oliver, Nicole and Jose May were the best people at the restaurant, they took care of everything!
