If you’re looking for a quality vacation, this is not the place. The hotel feels very commercial and everything is outdated. The biggest disappointment, however, is the food. The ingredients are very low quality, and the breakfast buffet is mediocre at best. The Italian restaurant is the worst — they clearly don’t know how to cook — and the Mexican restaurant was also a huge disappointment. I will definitely not be coming back.

Cesar was the absolute best server I've ever had at any resort. He was always on top of his service and was the friendliest guy with the biggest smile. 10/10 stay, and his presence made the experience a whole lot better!

An amazing experience! Everything from the beach to the service of the staff on this resort, everything was top tier! Ceśar was our favourite, always making sure to take good care of us and always went above and beyond.

This resort is an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation. The service truly went above and beyond—special thanks to Manuel, our concierge rep, who was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, with several restaurants within walking distance (Harry’s, Puerto Madero) as well as a beautiful beach. The rooms were lovely, spacious, clean, and filled with thoughtful amenities. The only downside was the on-site food, which was somewhat underwhelming. I expected higher-quality dining from an upscale resort. That said, it was very convenient to have multiple five-star restaurants just a short walk away. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to travelers looking for great service, a prime location, and a relaxing getaway.

Cancún with friends in Jan 2026
Excellent facility conditions and services. Upgrade fee represents good value for drink quality. Restaurants Nebbiolo and also Bluewater Grill are excellent. Olio restaurant is good and Dragons is mediocre.
