    • 1 cable from the Living Room (Lobby área) to Zona Azul Beach Club at the Beach level.

    Zipline is a cable line that goes from a metallic structure (usually towers) from one point to another point. A canopy involves the cable line being anchored to the tree canopy. In the case of the experience of this new amenity it is a mix between both.
    It is a medium-moderate intensity tour for people aged from 5 years onwards.
    From the beginning to the end of the experience is designed to last 2 hours. Clients are picked up from the hotel lobby, and the tour takes place in the dry forest at our resort. Just 15 minutes shuttle.
    Guests must book at the Swiss Travel counter that is enabled in the lobby of the hotel. Or by phone(506) 2654 3512.

    Prior reservation is required to do the tour.

    Family friendly paradise

    We had a great time at Westin. I came with my wife and three boys, all on the younger side and they really enjoyed the pool. We did the family experience which if you have children I recommend. Separate eating areas and pool area in addition to other family friendly perks. The food is great and there are enough restaurants with enough options to keep it interesting for the week that we stayed. We went with Costco which worked well for us. Costco destination services was very helpful and made the whole experience seamless from the flights on either side to getting to hotel. Will definitely use them again. This nice guy Eric that I met near the beach area from the hotel with a google shirt was very helpful for setting up outside excursions for good prices- especially since the excursions were private - with only my family- not a huge group. We did zip line, atv, hot springs/mud baths, sloths and coffee plantation through him. We’re planning on returning during the dry season to be able to get better snorkeling. Overall- wouldn’t hesitate to go to Westin conchal again.

    5 Stars for Experience and Service! What a fabulous resort!

    A phenomenal experience at a magnificent resort in the heart of Guanacaste. My wife and I enjoyed 11 days at this fabulous resort in the Westin Club and could not have asked for more. First and foremost, the service and attention to guests rivals any world class resort. Joaquin and the entire Westin team took care of our every need and were so thoughtful, friendly, courteous and genuine. You don’t find a more friendly team at any Marriott property. Second, the staff is extraordinary. From your on site concierge, restaurant team, bartenders, hospitality and even the grounds crew. Everyone single person is a delight. Special shout outs to concierge team of Javier, Estefany, Ariel and John; the restaurant crews especially Dayana, Rachel and Nelson plus the amazing bartenders of Bryan and Norman at lobby bar, Manuel and Rudi at bar imperial and Chris at Westin club pool bar along with the activities team especially Manuel who was awesome! Lastly, if you can come to costs rica make this your resort. It’s close to everything, the all inclusive is 10 times better than any other all inclusive we’ve ever been to and the area is just stunning. It’s a stunning country and this resort with its incredible team are the crown jewel. Thanks Joaquin and the whole Westin Tean for the best stay we could have ever dreamed of!

    10 out of 10

    1st room had a leak but customer service came out immediately and since the repair was going to take long they moved us to a different, better room. Everyone at the resort is so kind! The place is beautiful! Also Eric G. on google blue shirt help us organized great tours during our stay. Abel was our tour guide 10 out of 10 for everything from start to finish. Will definitely be coming back in July to be able to enjoy other tours I didn’t get a chance to.

    Lobby bar

    Great time at the resort. Special shout out to Brian at the loo y bar. Great cocktails and really took care of us all week. The rest of the service was top notch as well, Pablo at the pool was very attentive and brought us anything we asked for.
