    Used to be 5 star

    This was our 7th trip to Pueblo Bonito Sunset and were disappointed in our stay for a couple of reasons. The first room we stayed in the air conditioning wasn’t working so we had to move to a different room. The second room the Television in the master wasn’t working. The sink in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms were dripping and the fan in the master bathroom was making a low noise even when it was turned off. The food has gone downhill also. The restaurants we did enjoy were Tazuna, Zao Chen, Cibola and the 50’s Diner for breakfast. Our waitress Beatriz and Chef Mouguli at the 50’s diner were great! David our waiter at Cibola was awesome as well. Our housekeeper Isabella was wonderful and our room was exceptionally clean. The entire staff from the front desk to the staff at the pools to the drivers are always great. We never have an issue with them 👍. We still had an enjoyable time. How could you not, you’re in Cabo.

    Angel our Pool server

    Angel at the pool was absolutely amazing, he took out orders with no hesitation and got all food and drinks to us in a timely manner. He had a great attitude! The best server at the pool 100%

    Lobby bar

    Felipe and Mishael provided excellent service at the Lobby Bar! They were both very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience. The drinks were amazing, perfectly made and served with a smile. Definitely recommend stopping by and asking for them!

    Fun with Omar at Pool 26

    We have coming to Pueblo Bonito for 12 years and have enjoyed our options for restaurants. Our vacation here is our time for rest and relaxation, We always go to the same pool 26, year after year. Omar is a very kind, gracious young man! He always goes above and beyond for his guest at his pool service!! Omar always makes us feel like family! He always remembers us. We feel like Omar is our family.

    Good times at pool 26

    We love coming here to PB Sunset Beach. We especially like the multiple choices for dinning at the resort. In addition to dinning the pool atmosphere is fun and safe for our family with excellent service. We visit pool 26 religiously because of the connection we have formed with server Omar over the 12 years we have been coming here. He always remembers us and makes us feel like we are family.
