Oct 19, 2026100 wedding guests staying at the resort for the wedding and bride’s parents still paid $2000 more, very disappointed
We are very disappointed by how we were treated at Pueblo Bonito Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico during our daughter’s wedding. As the mother and father of the bride, we brought nearly 100 guests to the resort for a week-long celebration. Despite that commitment, we ended up paying approximately $2,000 more than other wedding guests. When we asked about adjusting our rate, we were repeatedly told that changing our room type through the website had caused us to lose the wedding discount and that nothing could be done. This was frustrating, especially after the wedding arrangements were paid for and so many guests had chosen to stay at the resort. Guests also purchased timeshares during their stay. We understand that policies exist, but we had hoped for a more reasonable review of the situation and a willingness to work toward a fair resolution. We are asking Pueblo Bonito management to review our case and help make this right.

Another fun stay and golf at Sunset.
Shuttle service to / from and around the resort was excellent. Jaciel Osorlo was the most attentive in making sure all our luggage was accounted for.
