    Great Hotel and staff

    Newer hotel. Very clean. Staff is fantastic. Especially, Fernanda at the front desk. Make sure you get a room with a full or partial ocean view. It is well worth it. Very convenient to shops and restaurants outside of hotel. Nice there are no kids either. We will stay here again.

    Better than expected

    Didn’t have high expectations just from what I’ve heard about some all inclusives in Cancun, but this exceeded those expectations. All employees were so friendly and efficient. Food was good (I’ve been to some all inslusives where I couldn’t eat the food cause it was so bad). Pools and beach were nice. Everything was clean, they were cleaning all the time. The property was beautiful. Overall even better than expected. The only downside was sargassum season so if you care about being on the beach watch when you go.

    Spanish owned hotels are better than anything that says hyatt in the name

    Great hotel out does the hyatts by far massages are great staff is great only set back is they rotate the staff and not staff is the same elite club is worth it if you want privacy and a few extras house cleaning is ellexclent the food is done very well and the Italian restaurant was best ever

    Perfect getaway with top-notch service

    From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start. The room was spotless, modern, and had a beautiful view. We especially loved the breakfast buffet—so many fresh and delicious options. The location was also perfect—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
