    Best vacation ever!

    We had a wonderful vacation at the Riu Kukulkan! The hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff were amazing (especially bartenders Dany and Jose at the swim bar) We booked a king bed with an ocean view and were disappointed the only room available was two full beds on our first night. They did a room change the next day which was inconvenient but wasn’t a huge deal. The second room had problems with the shower drain but was fixed immediately when we called. The whole week we were there was amazing, the food was delicious (Asian restaurant was our fav) we did the silent disco, enjoyed the pool and beach. Highly recommend this location for a fun, adult, all inclusive getaway!! We will definitely be back!

    McGriffs Anniversary

    This was our second time staying at this resort and it was the most Amazing time. The staff were always friendly and attentive and the rooms were cleaned sometimes twice a day. The food was plentiful and very flavorful, Other than there being a lack of chicken wings and there not being many shows to see, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

    Exceptional

    During our recent stay at Riu Palace Kukulkan in Cancun, we had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by courteous, polite, and highly professional staff who guided us seamlessly through the check-in process. What stood out most was the staff’s impeccable grooming and professional appearance, which truly reflected the high standards of the hotel. While the property does show minor signs of wear despite being built in 2022, the outstanding service provided by the staff more than compensated for this. Regarding the dining experience, I found the buffet at “Don Julio” to be somewhat bland and mediocre. However, this was more than offset by the excellent offerings at both the Elite and Steakhouse restaurants, which delivered memorable meals. Overall, I would gladly return and commend the management for cultivating such a successful and guest-focused environment. This marks our 12th stay at Riu properties across the U.S. and Mexico, and we continue to be impressed and never disappointed.

    AMAZING

    Very nice and relaxing visit! This was our very first trip to Cancun, so I don't really have a comparison, but it was absolutely amazing! The only thing I really was disappointed in was the food. There really was a lot to choose from, but being from Texas, we season everything LOL The food needed seasonings, but with that being said, it was still an amazing trip!
