While our overall stay had challenges related to health, food issues and booking issues, We want to specifically recognize the outstanding staff members who truly went above and beyond and made our experience much better. These individuals deserve real appreciation. The French restaurant was a highlight, and we returned twice solely because of Jose Sandoval. He is an exceptionally experienced and professional server knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about his work. His menu recommendations were excellent, his service was seamless, and his polite, calm demeanor stood out. Jose works incredibly hard and consistently delivers high-level service; he is the kind of employee who elevates the entire dining experience and truly deserves recognition and promotion. At the Mexican restaurant, Sebastian Ucan Basto provided wonderful service. He was friendly, attentive, and made the dining experience enjoyable with his professionalism and warm attitude. Maria in the private lounge concierge area was excellent, helpful, kind, and efficient. She made us feel welcomed and supported whenever we needed assistance. Giovanny at the front desk was also great. He was professional, patient, and genuinely tried to help, which made a big difference during our stay. Lastly, Kevin at the private club lounge on the 8th floor was fantastic. He made excellent drinks, remembered our preferences every single day, and always greeted us with a smile. His consistency and personal touch made the lounge experience feel special. These staff members are the reason we had moments of enjoyment during our stay. Their hard work, professionalism, and dedication should not go unnoticed.

My sister and I came on a girls trip and were treated very well by the staff. Jesus, the bell boy was very efficient and kind. Lovely positive attitude! Jerry in the upstairs premium breakfast service was amazing all around. So great at his job and so lovely to my sister and I, always remembered our drinks and had a good laugh with him. Finally, Carlos the adults only pool bartender. He was unreal! What a legend. Works so hard with a smile and really was the highlight of our holiday. He crushed it with a busy bar everyday. So sad to leave! Only negative was the food wasn’t that amazing. But the staffs awesome attitude and positive vibes made up for it!
