The only 2 good things about this resort were the beach, and the staff in the restaurants. The food was terrible! The floor was more comfortable than the beds, and trust me we all found out as 13/13 of our group all caught a nasty flu bug day one of being there. It was not the food that got us sick, because there was nothing edible! Definitely the flu going through the whole resort. The pools were ice cold, we did not see anyone in the pools for the first 4 days. the waterslides were unusable as well, because they were way too cold! The beach was nice.

This is our second time staying at Crown Paradise club. We absolutely love staying here. We have three small children and this resort offers so many children activities, the children constantly have something to do. Because it is such a family friendly environment, you have an overall feeling of safety for the children to have a little more freedom with accessing the “bar” or snack bar themselves. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. There were tons of restaurant options as well as the buffet offered a variety of items daily. You always had different options. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to other families and friends.

Noro Virus??? Traveller beware! Feb 2026!
Came here for 7 days Feb 3-10/2026. Day 3 both myself and my wife got sick! Throw up, nauseated, fever, diarrhea. Talked to other guests and everyone was experiencing the same sickness. Some said it only lasted 24 hours and others as well as us was 72 hours. Horrible sickness. People said it was the Noro Virus and it spreads from usually the buffet. When checking in the line up is terrible and only have 2 or 3 staff working front desk! Trying to get a towel at the pool bar was very challenging as well. They would always say. Come back in 30 min! Then the first 3 days we only had cold water in the shower. Then the one day no shower. It did finally get fixed. The resort overall is quite beautiful and really too bad as it definitely takes away losing 3 days from a 1 week holiday! Would not recommend coming here. Maybe 2027!

Amazing staff!
Maria and Jerry in the tower 2 lounge were absolutely phenomenal and we cannot say enough good things about them! They really made our trip great and we will have to try and make it back here in the future!

Premier Side with Maria & Jerry 10/10
Location: amazing beach access! Atmosphere: great division between adults only and kid friendly areas Service: Maria and Jerry from the Tower 2 adults only lounge were INCREDIBLE! Every dining staff we had from the buffets to the restaurants were attentive and kind. 10/10 Cleanliness: maintenance was done regularly including bleaching the floors, touch up paint on the rails, and manicuring the lawns. Super impressed!
