    Amazing experience

    We had an amazing experience at crown paradise cancun. We went there on 20 Jan 2026 and absolutely loved the stay. I was scared before going as I saw many bad reviews but everything was good there. There was no problem with food at all. It was available whole day. We are vegetarian and still had no problem. There was no problem with the towels too. I changed the towels 3 times a day. Everything was amazing except the check-in. It took us 1.5 hours.

    3rd time at this hotel but this time the service was poor.

    We had problems with both bathrooms in our room, issued multiple reports but no one came to check. There were 2 days we couldn't get pool towels. The concierge service for the Socios didn't help with any problems. The one bright side was Jesus who helps with luggage at the check in and check our counter. He is always very polite, helpful, and smiling.

    Never Again

    We had a room in Tower 2. It was damp and musty. I got us transferred to Tower 1 as that was the tower my daughters’ family was in. Five of us were at the snack shack on the Monday. Four of the five of us had a hamburger for lunch. That night all four of us were throwing up and constantly on the toilet. We missed both Tuesday and Wednesday. The bar fridge was never filled unless we begged. When we were sick and had no water, I called room service for some bottles. They charged us $5 US for the water that we needed because their restaurant made us sick. The employees were very nice though. We will never go back. Air Canada rates this as a 4.5* hotel. It was 3* at best. We lost out on a good portion of our holiday.

    Crown Paradise Members Only Jan 2026 vaca!

    Plenty of pools, beach, restaurants and activities to choose from. Was particularly impressed with members only 8th floor bartender, Rafael. Took care of us, added a personal touch to his level of service and is just a really nice guy! Really enjoyed our stay!
