    He treated me and my daughters like family!

    The restaurant los galos was a great experience thanks to the waiter Alexis Gil Geronimo . It was good food and service ! Clean and neat restaurant

    Great for younger families

    This was a wonderful place to take the family. Pros Lots for the whole family to do, the kids paradise was great, zip lining, rock climbing, water slides, we’re all great. The evening shows were definitely a highlight for the kids The staff was awesome, super friendly. David was the best at breakfast and lunch service. The pools were great and clean along with the grounds They have vendors come to the lobby during the stay to buy some local stuff. The beach is awesome just get up early to get a spot. Cons The food was rather disappointing, anything decent ran out right away, but the restaurants were a bit better but nothing stood out as great. Los Gallos and Fisherman’s were the highlights for us. The rooms were alright we stayed in a family suite crown, and maintenance was poor. The facilities feel dated. Almost everything in the game room was broken but it got closed half way through our stay for Reno’s by looks of it. Over all we were happy with our stay, and would recommend this to families with younger children. This is a great option for the pricing.

    Food was not what I was expecting. I have been in another hotels. Giovanni give us the better service ever, the bartenders and waiters too.

    You will be happy you booked here!

    Last night here! Well I sure hit the jackpot choosing this resort. The food has been the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive, the section of beach it’s on is literally perfect and the resort amenities are top notch. It’s a massive resort but run more like a boutique hotel. Definitely pleased with my stay and would come back. Make sure you eat at Sans Soucie French restaurant and request Wilberto. I stayed in 1108 which was ocean view but on the quieter side and right across from the adult only pool. Very pleased and will return. I used to think Cancun was over rated but this stay has completely changed my mind! : )
