Yesenia and Adan was an amazing bartender at the lobby. We love her service! She was so amazing and kind and nice. The hotel itself has a lot of great restaurants and very family friendly. It has an amazing and great ambiance. This is the place to come to for families, especially if you have kids. Family friendly resort.

Mercedes made our stay amazing
Mercedes was amazing and took the best care of us. Nirvana also gave us the best attention and and made us feel like like we were a special guest We had drinks and games all day. We enjoyed the music all the entertainment and water aerobics. Friendly staff and always happy Special thank you to Carlos at the barn he had some amazing creative drinks

Dreams Wedding - 04/16/25
I got married on the beach at Dreams on 04/16 and it was AMAZING! Beautiful warm weather in the day with a nice breeze at night. The entire resort staff made sure we enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Special shout out to the event coordinator named Manny (Manuel) who was very personable and remembered my entire family everytime we crossed paths. He even stopped me the morning of the wedding to shake my hand and say congrats. Throughout our visit we played "guess the number" by the pool, Giant Jenga and even got competitive with some Archery with Manny and it was a BLAST! I wish every all inclusive resort had event coordinators as energetic and friendly as Manny. We will definitely be back!

I stayed here with my mom for 5 quick days. We have stayed at a few Dreams resorts (Puerto Vallarta and Huatulco) before and this one unfortunately the worst one we have been to. Overall the resort and room was amazing and gorgeous. The service and food was not the best, the buffet was small and lacking, the best restaurant was Portofino and Oceana. It's first come first come first served, which is fine. But we went around 6:35pm and for 2 people we were told to come back in 45 mins. So it's a bit slow. Don't bother buying into the preferred cub as ANYONE can use the services (they don't check) we would be sitting on the beach (preferred club side) as we paid for that and we had some families on that side talking about how they aren't preferred but they would use that side as they don't check, so that sucks a bit. But it is what is is. Also if you like drinking Modelo or Corona, dont come here, the Dos Equis is good bit they hardly had it available, even in the preferred areas. Overall the resort is 9/10, services...eh 5/10. Also don't order room service dinner, it's not good. I will attach some photos of the resport and the room service food. Honestly after being to many resorts paying high and low. You will have a better time staying at the Riu Santa Fe. I payed alot less and the experience was much better in my opinion. No hate towards Dreams, but after this experience I'm convinced Dreams resorts are going down hill.

This one is on our repeat visit list
My husband and I spent a much needed vacation at this resort and it was everything I could have hoped for and more! Ruffo waited on us daily at the beach and we never had to worry about empty glasses or stomachs. The fish tacos are amazing and he brought us so many all with a smile 😊 Our room was spectacular and we enjoyed watching whales and other sea life right from our balcony. Isabel, with housekeeping, was wonderful and we returned to a spotless room each and every day. The restaurant selection is a bit more limited than some of the other resorts we've visited, but every meal was outstanding and Isaac Ortega, the Food and Beverage Manager, even stopped by to chat with us on the beach one day...perhaps wondering who was eating so many fish tacos 🌮 We travel frequently and this rates as one of our favorite trips. We will be returning soon with additional family to share this wonderful resort.
